SHORT QUESTIONS

In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become a Teamspeak Administrator?: The reason I am wanting to be a Teamspeak moderator is, I know all the in's and outs of teamspeak, I have always wanted to be a help in the community, I am never disrespectful and I feel like I could be the guy to help out in the Teamspeak server.

In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Teamspeak as an Administrator?: I believe I could impact the Teamspeak because I could help players out by dealing with Mic spammers, Racist people, and I could also help out by assigning server roles to people for when they either change regiment, change prestige ranks and even help other staff out by doing some jobs to take the ease of their shoulders. As I am very familiar with teamspeak as I use the program daily so I know how to set up server roles.

SCENARIOS

Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occured.

Question 1: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: I would have a chat with people that was in that channel and then ask them if they have any evidence (Recording, Audio [etc.]). I would also ask other people to see if it is a made up story or if it actually happened, If it did happen then I would wait for the user to get back online and I would have a chat with him, Asking if he mic spammed and I would give him a warning or possible a temp-ban, only i would give a temp-ban if he came back and mic spammed while I was talking to him or if there is sufficient evidence of him doing that.

Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response. I would firstly apologies to them saying sorry about the wait, we will try be quicker next time, after that if he did not calm down then I would try calming down by having a conversation with him and then even if he was still agitated then I would go on with his situation / problem he is waiting in the help desk for.

Scenario 3: There are a bunch of Users in a MilitaryRP designated Public-Channel. You notice none of them have any Server Groups. All the clients are connected from Australia.

Question 3: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: I would first check if they have ever been on the teamspeak server before, and then I would also go into the channel and ask if they have ever been on the Military RP server and then If they answer yes then I would give them a member server group and then if not I would ask them if they will get on the server or if they are not I would tell them to go to a different teamspeak server if they are not using it for colossal.
