Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?:

I have been apart of this community for quite some time, I have also wanted to be moderator for quite some time. Given how often I did things like help for an event or given advice to players to help them be more model players, etc. I believe I deserve the change of Trial Moderator, I feel like I would be a valued addition to the team, and that I will be active and hardworking member of the moderator team.

Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this:

I very much so have the capabilities of working well in the staff team. This is both due to my previous high ranks (teaching me to work with my troops) and from my previous role as event master (teaching me how to work well with my fellow staff).

Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively:

Some of the things I have done to impact the server positively have been creating multiple events, helping out in quite a few other events, and in general trying to shape the US Army as a good place for RP.

Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I would describe myself as easy going, fun, easy to talk to, I have no problem getting along with people even if I don't necessarily like them. I can put aside any past quarrel with people in the face of needing to work as a team.

Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge.

Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react?

I would start by heading to the admin room before !jailtp'ing him and explaining to him the rules he has broken and see if he has anything to say in his defense before banning him for a few days followed by !warn (steamid) (reason - Ban).

Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot.

Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react?

I would head to the admin room and !bring the player, I would then explain the situation they are in and how if they slip up any more they will be punished. I would explain that even though they are a well known player they are not exempt from the rules and will be treated the same as any other player.

I understand if my recent activity has been insufficient, if so, feel free to wait until you are satisfied before accepting/denying. All feedback is appreciated.

Thank you for reading my moderator application.

A while ago when you were a Trial EM, there was an incident were a ticket was being resolved by a Trial Moderator which was somewhat regarding yourself. Mid-way through the situation you teleported and start hurling abuse at the player. Even from that the constant abuse to staff members in and outs of events, the attitude you let off as a Staff member was absolutely appalling.

Goodluck anyways.

You explain to people that you are going to be active, you come on the server for about a week & randomly just stop playing again, Almost like your trying to show why you should keep Captain...

You also seem quite hungry for that Captain rank which honestly would throw me & others off, The way that you made Merlin do all your work & still thought you deserved Captain is honestly just mind boggling, You could have at least swapped Commander & Captain with him, Instead you made him leave...

Also with what Ian said about abusing a player, It looks quite terrible & even if you were to obtain Moderator, I can already see multiple people asking for another Admin to take your sits...

Good Luck Though

Thank you for your application to the role of Trial Moderator.

At this stage, unfortunately your application is Denied.

The reason for this denial is due to your current activity. You have for example registered less then ten active hours in the past month, which is well below the minimum standards required.

You are eligible to reapply on the 22nd of February, 2019, providing you work on the above points.

@Ian @Able - The usual please.
