fix intel capping

Lately I've found in more and more raids a particular glitch has happened preventing attackers  from capturing intel on defenders.

After surveying players in OOC, I've found the glitch has only happened to US. 

This glitch has no reason to happen, considering screenshots are from under 2 mins into raid. Not to mention there has been multiple occasions where factions have been able to pick up intel multiple times then get told to drop it.

You've always been able to double cap, but it's banned during raids unless wartime.
There's nothing new about that rule.

you severely misread that entire post... I said its possible, but not allowed. As seen in the screenshots many raids stop US from capping intel as seen in the provided screenshot.

No clue how the tf they are going to fix this but it does need to be fixed. (it also happens to taliban and other sub factions btw)

To explain it in a little more detail:

You know when a raid starts, the enemy and allied factions will fight
should the enemy make it to intel normally they can grab it being a good rule abiding man
but with this glitch sometimes, and when its the FIRST time someone is taking intel during that raid
it will display this message
"Intel has already been taken during this raid"
despite the fact it hasn't
so its very annoying.
I do believe something should be done about this.

I hope its fixed soon.

Never take the intel twice in a raid

Or the admins are gonna come after you and make you

Give it up and ban you until your time is up.

If you have been banned for this, you should now know to never

Pick up the intel twice and if you’re gonna do that,

The admins will pick you up and never let you down again

I'm surprised this has never been found before this.

If it stays I'm gonna leave the server.

Any server that will run with game breaking glitches.

doesn't deserve to have players which stay around and don't desert it.

You surely agree Ezygle, cause a server which never patches issues

is sooner or later gonna die.

I hope the developers make a good choice 

with myself, you and the rest of the community

to fix this instead of sitting around to cry.

It happens to Taliban too.  I already shared how to fix it with US officers.

Officers should use a toolgun to reload permprops after entering the startraid command.  Seems to always work.

Feral has been told about said problem a few weeks ago, but ill make sure to inform him again cause I've seen this glitch in action many times so I can feel the pain
