In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become a Communication Administrator?: I would like to become Communication Staff because I am quite indulged in the entire communications process, I known that Discord and TeamSpeak are a primary source of Communication on the server and should always be kept to the best standard, i have been using the TeamSpeak for a very long time and entire program is a damn mess but i think that i can enforce the rules on there quite well actually. Not to mention, Discord has been part of my life since before i even found Colossal, and i am quite confident when using discord since i am a very early user of the program. These of course are just few of the reasons of why i would like to become a communication administrator.

In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Communication servers as an Administrator?: Honestly, i could make as big of an impact as anybody, I be over there, doing admin stuff, keeping a look out on the servers for a few hours a day or whenever i can. I think that my impact wouldnt be the largest ever made on either the Discord or the Teamspeak, but they sure would be good ones I reckon, and on that note I could even say i would be around to help any re-formats or whatnot for either the Teamspeak or the Discord, After all Discord and Teamspeak are very important for the server to be able to communicate, and even though each regiment and faction has their own discords, the main colossal gaming discord and teamspeak is clearly the most important one around.



Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occurred.

Question 1: As a Communication Administrator, how do you react?:
Ask around for the name, and alert the other Communication Staff to be on alert of this guy, so that if im not around, the other lads can catch them and bring to the justice yeah.

Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response.

Question 2: As a Communication Administrator, how do you react?:
The first and most important thing to do is to apologise and maintain a good relationship with the user, otherwise they may not remain on the Teamspeak/Discord and leave shortly after, which is no good. Secondly I ask for their regiment and ranks they need, assign them, and send them on their way.
