Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I am very good at explaining things to players who are not so indebted into the rules as such. I also bring a funny likable personality to the team, I am very approachable and take criticism to heart and I never get salty from it.I enjoy talking to players and communication. I have been in many situations so i can relate to players sitionsations.I am also very articulate so i can explain things to people extremely well, i also have a very creative mind so if EM’S need help with events i can be there, also im very active. I also gain a great Delight in helping people, i use to train about 7-8 trainees every two days when i was WO a while back.


Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I listen to everything people say and give my honest feedback without putting the person down, I am also very good in group discussions. In a raid I did with my friends a while back I had to dedicate jobs so we made sure that we got it out, but before we did anything I made sure I listen to everyone's plan and explain what i like and dislike about it again without making that person upset or mad. In many school events there have been teamwork exercises and in each exercise i have been chosen as leader because of my ability to make quick judgment and decisions.


Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: There was an event that the people playing it hated so the people playing spammed in chat that they did not like the event, and instead of leaving it the EM'S decided that the people should get an event that they can enjoy and influenced the way they see the server. This made the player realize that their voices are being heard and if they speak up things can change, this changed the server to be Player impacted. I have trained many trainees with care and dedications and i believe that by giving each trainee the time they deserve they could become a great member.


Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a very approachable person who can understand all most every situation, I can become serious and times when needed or when I am in a bad mood. I try my absolute hardest to RP because I love it so much, at times I can have too much fun and make bad decisions but most of the time I can understand when it is appropriate to act out. I enjoy helping people and knowing that i have positively impacted their day.




Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. 


Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? First I would bring him to a sit and explain why he is there and then ask him why he did it, because of his past warnings and because of the amount of players he killed, give him a warning and in the warning explain why he is being banned and then ban him for a week.


Scenario 2:  A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot.

Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? First I’d bring him to a private room and jail him then I would ask him why he is doing it, if it’s a reason of being bored or just wanting to do it I would ban him for a week and report it to the forms if it’s a server related reason I’d ask what it is and how I can help I’d copy what he says and document it just in case he changes his story. If the server related reason is concerning a Fault in the staff team I will share the information with higher-ups and fact-checking it if it’s true or false I will still ban him for a few days cuz mass RDMing is not a reasonable way of getting staff attention and is not acceptable.
