Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I think I should be accept due to my passion and dedication to the server and the fact I work great in a group. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I like to believe I work well in a team, I have worked with my officers Miller and Chicken on training and Raids, Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I believe the medic RP I did with my officers and others made a positive impact as everyone that was involved was laughing and having fun. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: Hello! I am Laid, I’m part of the 75th Rangers, I am a person who is easy to talk to, I live in Indonesia, I do not have brothers and sisters, so I play with you guys to feel calm. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would !JailTP him under the map under the hills so people don’t hear the sit, I would check his warns and seeing that he already has warns from staff, I inform him he is being banned for inappropriate behaviour, and he can put an appeal upon the forums if he thinks this is wrong. I would then issue a 3-day ban, then ask Moderator+ to extend it to 1 week. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would bring him/her under the map and ask what they are doing If they are not taking the sit seriously I would issue a 1d ban so they can realize how serious MRDM is. if they instead take the sit more seriously, explaining that they are just playing around I would issue a warning so other staff know he has done this before and inform him/her if they continue they could face a ban.
  2. General Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:177324703 Steam Community Profile Page Link: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198314915134/ Current In-Game Alias (E.g.Captain Deston): Commander Wikka Most Commonly Known Alias (E.g. Deston): Wikka Are you staff on any other servers within this community?: No Have you been staff on any other communities (If so, please list your position, community and at least one reference and their SteamID)?: Yes, I was a Trial Moderator on Gaminglight Policerp. (unable to get a reference because I cannot find profile) How much game time do you have? (Provide proof) 714 Hours: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/139.99.137.215:27015/top_players/?query=wikka What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Respected Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 6-7 Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: Almost Everyday If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): YES Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I would like to be accepted as a trial moderator because I believe I can be useful in serious situations when another staff member is not available. I'm active, Respectful, Honest and reliable in situations that I am left to do myself when others can't do due to them being busy or not on the server at a time when serious things occur. I would also like to be accepted because I like helping staff members even when I am only Respected and also sometimes I have to use my current rank to deal with people myself as last night I had to kick someone for solo raid and RDM because no staff members were on. So, therefore, I hope I have proved myself enough to do what I've always wanted to do is help out in the community as a staff member. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I think that I can work in a team well as I have been Commander of Heavy snipers and been Commander-Cheif of staff of Al-Qaeda for a while and have worked and have revived Heavy Snipers with Razi and revived Al-Qaeda with Reaper, I have also worked in mini events and events before with Event masters. Have you ever had an administration position, whether that be in this community or another: Yes, on the other community. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I think I have made an impact on new players that don't fully understand the rules as a lot of new players have not been taught the rules a lot therefore creates problems as they would not know the rules and break them. So when new players break rules I would inform them of the rules so they hopefully understand them and not break them again. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I would describe myself as a friendly, sometimes shy type of person, I'm 15 live in a boring town full of junkies so all I can basically do is play with friends online as also having social anxiety and which makes things difficult. But as I said I'm friendly and Respectful. First I would bring the people that have claimed they have been rdmed by the player by making tickets, then I would talk to them then JailTp the supposed Mass RDMer and get his side of the story. Then I would give the Mass RDMer a 1-2 week ban and then inform a higher staff member why the player was banned and/or if they would like to extend the ban. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? First I would bring all of his team members and himself to a sit under the map to figure out why he has rdmed his teammates. Then I would ask why he has Mass RDMed his team, then when resolved I would then hand out a punishment or possibly a warning depending on the player count.

Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes, I try my best to avoid breaking rules, and I also try my best at making sure others are following the rules too. Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes, I understand that friends should be treated as if they were ordinary players, and should be given punishment appropriate to what they have done. Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes, I have a microphone. Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes, I understand that my duties are to be taken serious at all times. Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No, not to my knowledge (I might be wrong). Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: Not often, but I have Teamspeak and will try to use it more. If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I feel that I should be accepted on to the staff team because I would like to spend my time helping the community and it's members. I want to make people enjoy their experience as much as possible, and I feel that by being a staff member I can make this possible. I want to make new members of the community want to keep playing, and enjoying the time they spend here. I love helping people, whether it is on a game, or not. I would like to serve this community to the best of my ability. Discuss your ability to work as a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I always try to work in a team, by communicating in comms during events, like asking for the status on points to see where help is needed. I always try and encourage my fellow members to do their best whether it be wartime, an event, or even a raid. I try my hardest to get others involved, because the key to winning a battle is teamwork. During events when we are leaving to go to an objective, I always wait until the vehicle is full or almost full before leaving, and I encourage others to do the same. During RP situations I always try to get people involved whether they be U.S. or Taliban, friend or foe. Have you ever had an administration position, whether that be in this community or another: No, but I hope that I can be so lucky to have this position. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: During my time in U.S. when i became SGT and SSGT, I always asked if I could help train trainees, as I loved helping people, and I would always volunteer to anyone asking for people to train trainees, whether it be the GOA, or a Commanding Officer. I always volunteered because I loved the feeling of helping others, and watching them do well, whether it was in events, or regular RP, it always gave me a feeling that I was helping the community, and that made me happy. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am 15, I always like to communicate with people, and try to help them when ever they need guidance. I think I am a fun person to be around, but I can also be serious when the situation calls for it, whether it be in game or if it be real life. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff have logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would first bring the player to where no one is around and where players can't get to, and I would jail them to avoid them trying to run away, or killing themself. I would then bring the victims of the RDM, and check logs to see what the RDM count was, and would ask the victims and the RDMer what their side of the stories were. If he is still being a minge and clearly not taking the situation seriously, I would ban him for an appropriate period of time depending on the amount of players they RDMed. If the player has an allibi and reason for killing the people that seemed like the truth, I would change the punishment , and watch them to see what they do. If I catch them RDMing again I will ban them for an appropriate time period. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? The duty of a staff member is to treat everyone as equals, and make sure that the punishments are not biased in any way. I would bring the person to where no one is around and where players can't get to, and I would ask for his side of the story, then tell him of the consequnces. I would then bring the victims, and then ask for their sides of the story, depending on whether their stories match up to the situation or not. I would then tell the player the consequences of Mass RDMing, and would give an appropriate consequence, whether it be a warn, kick, ban, or demotion, depending on the amount of players. When deciding the punishment, I would also take into account the other recent problems people have been having with the player. Scenario 3: A good friend of yours has just joined the server, he is, and will continue to break multiple rules after you have warned him not to, despite this he doesn't stop and keeps on going because he/she being your good friend, thinks you won't do anything to stop them. Question 3: As a Moderator, how do you react? As stated in the previous scenario, the duty of a staff member is to treat everyone as equals. I would bring the the player, tell them that they cannot get away with breaking rules and that being the friend of a staff member does not mean that they are an exception to the rules, and I would give them a punishment appropriate to what they have done wrong. Thank you everyone for taking time to read this, and for the feedback. Hopefully I can show you what I am worth as a staff member.

(Provide proof) 384.2 on gametracker https://www.gametracker.com/player/goat/139.99.137.215:27015/ What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Guest Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 8/10 Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No i do not Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: I used to use it a lot, although iv merged to discord now If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): YES Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: Recently, i feel as if i have become more apart of the CGM community and as of such, iv been reporting a lot of rule breaking, that a lot of other players can’t be bothered to report. I feel as if instead of nagging the moderators/admins any time a situation like this come up, it would be alot more convenient if i were to solve it myself, as i have a clear knowledge of the rules, and i feel like i am able to steer players towards the right path Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: Being the current USMC commander, i am forced to communicate effectively with my team through ingame comms, teamspeak and discord. I was also apart of 82nd airborne for a short amount of time which demands precise teamwork in order to have successful drops. Both of these regiments are scaffolded by clear precise communication, which is what is needed, when working in a staff team Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I believe that regular changes to the server, such as map updates, regiment updates and rank updates positively impact the server as it gives players the drive to get on and explore these new server updates. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: Im and honest, down to earth person who, who can keep his cool in stressful situations. I feel as if i'm a good leader, and that i'm able to steer people down the right path Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would start off by going under the map then jail tping the player (!jailtp), followed by a chat about why the player can’t RDM/MSRD. During this chat i may ask if something has made them mad recently at home and/or in game. If something has occured, i would lend my advice on the issue so that in future, the same problem doesn't occur. If nothing has happened at home ot ingame and it is simply a case of a player with no intent to Role Play then it would just be a chat about the server rules and why the player cant RDM/MRDM, followed by (assuming the player as no ban’s on record) a 24h ban. If the players actions continue, the severity of the ban’s will go up (3 day, week, month, perma). Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would teleport the playing and/or Physgun the player into a sit where i would speak to him. Questions may consist of; Why have you been RDMing? Iv noticed that your discipline has been slipping lately. Is there any reason for this? Have you realised that your breaking server rules? Can i help with any issues you have had with these players in the past? Judging by these answers, i may or may not have to teleport in the victims in order to make sure that they had no influence on the players rule-breaking. If the victims had no influence on the player's decisions, I would !warn him and let him know that breaking the rules again may lead to a kick/ban. If the victims did have an influence on the players decision making, then judging by the severity of what they done (failrp, shooting him first e.t.c) i may have to dish out multiple warns. No matter how well-known a member is within the community, rules are still rules and as of such, they will get the same treatment as any other player
