I like to share my ideas on things we could add and thing we could improve. I am a hard worker. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I’m always in situations where I have to work as a team such as doing missions or during an event. I lead missions with the US which proves that I am able to work well with anyone because I lead missions with new and old players. I am an officer and MCOM in the past. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I was MCOM. I am an officer. I try to give new players a good experience on the server(getting people to leave the base to do things like capping points, raiding, events like bomb and transmitter). Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I’m active. I like to communicate and share my ideas on what I think could be improved or added. I will always go out of my way to help someone Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would !jailtp him to the admin room. Since he has multiple warnings from other staff, it is obvious that he does not care and he has no intent to play the server properly so I'll just ban him for a week. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? !’ll tp him to the admin room and question him. I’ll tell him if doesn’t fix his behaviour, he’ll get banned. I’ll observe him for a few days to make sure that he doesn’t do anything stupid. If he does it again, i’ll ban him for a few days for him to think.

I am a quick learner, though. On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 7 Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: I understand. Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Absolutely. Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No, I do not. Communication Servers Agreement How often do you use the Official CG Discord server?: I check in to the server often to see what's going on but don't really type. How often do you use the TeamSpeak server?: I do not use it very often, but I would use it if required. If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Discord & TeamSpeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Discord & TeamSpeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Discord & TeamSpeak Rules (#lobby Channel): Yes, I understand. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I believe I should be accepted as Moderator because of my love and commitment to the server. Every day I get on to talk to members of the community and try to make fun role play experiences for the players in my regiment. I have always wanted to help the server out in some way, and to give back service to a community that has done so much for me, so I believe that Moderator is the best way to do so, by enforcing the rules and making the community a better place. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I am constantly put in situations where I have to work in a team on the server, such as organising tryouts, trainings and missions. In missions I have to work with a team of new and old players alike, and have to complete an objective. These missions often succeed due to teamwork from all the members of the team. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I try to hold trainings that are new and keep the server fresh for players. I have impacted the server positively with my MCOM and former VICOM roles, by helping the medics and infantrymen, and always being there for them if they need help with anything. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I see myself as fun, but serious when I need to be. I always like to talk to community members on the server and try to be as helpful as I can. I like to have fun, but would be serious while on duty. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? First, I would immediately !jail (player) and then go to the admin room. Then, I would !jailtp him to the admin room. I would check his warns and if he had none I would ban for a week, If he had 2 warns within a short period of time I would ban him for a month, and if he had more than 4 or so recently then I would permanently ban them. Let's say he had no warns, then I would warn him using !warn; reason "RDM x(number of people he killed) | MassRDM | NITRP | Warns from other staff | Minge | 1 Week BAN and then grab their SteamID off the menu and then do !xban for 1 week. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? First, I would !jailtp them to the admin room. I would check how many people the player killed, and then check his warns, and then decide the outcome based off of that and the amount of people he killedIf he had 2-3 warns in a short period of time for RDM/MRDM, then I would ban him for a month, since I cannot treat well-known/well-liked players differently from a US PVT. I would then warn him using !warn for MRDM x(number) | 1 Month Ban, and ask admins in admin chat to extend the ban because Tmods can only ban for 3 days (I think) Thank you for looking through my Staff Application. As always, feedback is very much welcome. I have heard that staff arent talking in people until the new year but I wanted to put my app in for when the new year came.
  3. Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:82841405 Steam Community Profile Page Link: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198125948538 Current In-Game Alias (E.g.Captain Deston): Tal CWO Durry Most Commonly Known Alias (E.g. Deston): Durry Are you staff on any other servers within this community?: I am not. Have you been staff on any other communities (If so, please list your position, community and at least one reference and their SteamID)?: Moderator on BraceGaming(DarkRp) –Dead Server –Friends with the Owner of the server: STEAM_0:1:111830669 Moderator on Azure Gaming(DarkRp) –Dead Server –Lost contact with all them Moderator on Ice Poseidon(Deathrun) –Lost contact due to inactivity(University perks) etc How much game time on Colossal Gaming MilitaryRP do you have? (Provide proof): What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : My current in-game rank is Guest. Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes I am indeed familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’. I have used ULX mod on different darkrp servers over the past few years. On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: I’d say a 7 between the old players(Captain Toad, Tyran, Red, Canoon(sort of, trained me when I was in MP) and etc. 2/10 between the staffs since they are all new to me. Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes, I am indeed. Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes, I do. Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes, I do. Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes, I do. Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes, I do. Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No I have not. Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: I’m on Teamspeak most of the time but since none of my other colleagues are there I tend to just play normally without voice interaction in between the group. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I am on all day 5 days a week(Except when I have work). I’ve been in similar situation on previous servers that I’ve had experience with. If most of the staffs are at school or work I’m there to assist the people in need. I can help other staff by assessing the situation and giving my POV on the situation and what actions to take if it is very serious. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: As a group we need to work as a team, that includes communication, leadership, co-operation etc. As a team you need to find out what the Purpose of this task is, how we can progress through it, invest time wisely to get to know your staff members. I've worked in an environment where it requires teamwork and from that experience i know what is required for this role. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: Players complaining that event masters are taking too long to set up the events and by hiring more event master staffs it helps makes the event start more quickly and more enjoyable for other users to appreciate the time and effort it took for them to start the event. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a twenty y/old guy who plays video games in his spare time. I have two different jobs that I attend on Saturdays and Sundays. I enjoy playing sports, I play basketball myself on Wednesday nights for the club. First of all, I would jail the player and discuss the situation with them, if they continue to minge about the current issue then I will warn them. If the players continues the action he will receive a boot off the server. When he joins back i'll keep an eye on him and wait till he does the same action again. If they continue with the behavior of mass rdm it will result in a week ban, then move onto a month ban if the issue still occurs, I’ll perm ban them if they continue the action. I give players a chance to change their behaviors, if they don’t agree to the terms and conditions then they have to pay for their actions. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? First of all I would interrogate them and ask about the current issue they have created. If they say “Its just for fun, I won’t do it again.” it will result in a warn, if they do it again it will result in a kick, if the action still continues it will result in a week ban then move onto a month then perm ban. I would also ask the victims of the current situation and get their side of the story and make a wise decision to help make a community a better place.

If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No i do not Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: I used to use it a lot, although iv merged to discord now If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): YES Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: Recently, i feel as if i have become more apart of the CGM community and as of such, iv been reporting a lot of rule breaking, that a lot of other players can’t be bothered to report. I feel as if instead of nagging the moderators/admins any time a situation like this come up, it would be alot more convenient if i were to solve it myself, as i have a clear knowledge of the rules, and i feel like i am able to steer players towards the right path Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: Being the current USMC commander, i am forced to communicate effectively with my team through ingame comms, teamspeak and discord. I was also apart of 82nd airborne for a short amount of time which demands precise teamwork in order to have successful drops. Both of these regiments are scaffolded by clear precise communication, which is what is needed, when working in a staff team Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I believe that regular changes to the server, such as map updates, regiment updates and rank updates positively impact the server as it gives players the drive to get on and explore these new server updates. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: Im and honest, down to earth person who, who can keep his cool in stressful situations. I feel as if i'm a good leader, and that i'm able to steer people down the right path Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would start off by going under the map then jail tping the player (!jailtp), followed by a chat about why the player can’t RDM/MSRD. During this chat i may ask if something has made them mad recently at home and/or in game. If something has occured, i would lend my advice on the issue so that in future, the same problem doesn't occur. If nothing has happened at home ot ingame and it is simply a case of a player with no intent to Role Play then it would just be a chat about the server rules and why the player cant RDM/MRDM, followed by (assuming the player as no ban’s on record) a 24h ban. If the players actions continue, the severity of the ban’s will go up (3 day, week, month, perma). Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would teleport the playing and/or Physgun the player into a sit where i would speak to him. Questions may consist of; Why have you been RDMing? Iv noticed that your discipline has been slipping lately. Is there any reason for this? Have you realised that your breaking server rules? Can i help with any issues you have had with these players in the past? Judging by these answers, i may or may not have to teleport in the victims in order to make sure that they had no influence on the players rule-breaking. If the victims had no influence on the player's decisions, I would !warn him and let him know that breaking the rules again may lead to a kick/ban. If the victims did have an influence on the players decision making, then judging by the severity of what they done (failrp, shooting him first e.t.c) i may have to dish out multiple warns. No matter how well-known a member is within the community, rules are still rules and as of such, they will get the same treatment as any other player
