I was also apart of 82nd airborne for a short amount of time which demands precise teamwork in order to have successful drops. Both of these regiments are scaffold by clear precise communication, which is what is needed, when working in a staff team Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I believe that regular changes to the server, such as map updates, regiment updates and rank updates positively impact the server as it gives players the drive to get on and explore these new server updates. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: Im and honest, down to earth person who, who can keep his cool in stressful situations. I feel as if i'm a good leader, and that i'm able to steer people down the right path. I also have a big passion for serious, realistic role play Short Questions In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become an Event Master on Military RP: I strongly believe that I can bring some excellent ideas to the team because i love real immersive role playing. For as long as iv been on the server, the events have been awesome and i feel as i can work behind the scenes, ultimately recreate the experience iv had but for other players In One Paragraph, please explain how you will bring new, interesting and creative Event Ideas to the table?: I am a naturally creative person and over the months that i've been playing on the server’s events, iv slowly developed a short list of brief ideas for events, that i believe i, and the other event master staff, can elaborate on, and create full, immersive, serious roleplaying events Briefly describe how a "Typical Event" is run (Keep it short, you will provide a more detailed answer further in the application)?: 1. 60-30 minutes before the event starts, the EM on the roster will plan a realistic event broken up into two parts with debriefings for both sides 2. Both sides will be called to Debrief (CSAY "both sides to debrief") 3. The briefing will be read out for both sides (who, what, where, why?) 4. PTS's will be answered followed by a map change (CSAY "prepare for map change") 5. Set up debrief stage for both sides and warn people about the consequences of leaving spawn (CSAY "leaving spawn will result in a demotion) 6. While debrief is happening, EM's will set up the event (Props, objectives, timer, death count) while checking for floaties 7. The event will be played, and monitored by em's, making sure that it is going smoothly. Advantages will be given out respectively 8. Event map will be changed and the winner will be announced (CSAY "[TEAM] won! prepare for map change") 9. Repeat step's 3-8 followed 10. Map will be changed to home map and levels will be given (may change depending on the amount of wins each team gets) 11. A short debrief will be called for both teams on home map with announcements and promotions Scenarios Scenario 1: Users are complaining about the quality of the Event you are running despite only being 2 minutes into the Event. You spent almost an hour crafting this event and you were very keen to run it. Question 1: As a Event Master, how do you react? I would start of by taking on board what the players are saying, and adjusting the event accordingly, unless what they are complaining about is something out of my hands and/or something silly. Scenario 2: During your Event, you urgently need to go AFK. You will most likely not return in time to finish the event and it has only been running for 5 minutes. Question 2: As an Event Master, how do you react? I would start of by notifying a fellow EM, followed by me telling them and/or sending them the script for the event. Once i'm finished, i would verbally run them through and make sure they understand how it is meant to run. After satisfied that they understand, i would leave. Event Crafting You must craft your own Event from start to finish (Include Briefing and Debriefing). You are required to use full details such as map, actions (e.g. !model @ "model"), plot twists etc. Remember to include PassiveRP Elements! Part One: Map: gm_emp_bush Game type: 3 point conquest time: 15 minutes Description: 3 American airdrop's have been dropped 4 km west of the marked zone into Taliban territory holding extremely valuable items that the US have been running low on (Ammo, armour, food and water) and it is important that the american's retrieve the airdrop's before the Taliban do American Debrief: Alright men, 3 of our airdrops have dropped 4 km away from the marked drop zone and into Taliban territory. it's is vital that we get our hand's on these before the Taliban as they're holding extremely valuable items as will assist us in future endeavours. Expect heavy resistance as Intel has spotted a Taliban battalion on their way. Unfortunately, costs have been cut short and vehicles have become extensive. There will be no heli support. i suggest using medium to long range weaponry as the landscape is open and extensive Taliban Debrief: Listen up brothers! our Intel has spotted 3 american airdrops dropping down on our territory. We believe that the item's in these airdrop's are valuable as the american's seem to be getting rowdy. If we can get our hands on these airdrops, we may be able to stop the american push into our territory and make Allah proud. Sadly, we will not have access to helicopters this mission as they took heavy damage during our last deployment Part Two: Map: rp_junglestorm Game type: Hostage Rescue time: 15 minutes Description: Tali win; Taliban have taken a higher ranking officer during part one and retreated back into heavy bush area. Unfortunately, the officer has snuck away and is hiding in the local area (Tribal base) . it is vital that the taliban, retrieve him and take him back to base for intel extraction US win; US have pushed the taliban back into high density, bush terrain but unfortunately, during the process, a high ranking officer has been taken. Intel has shown though that the officer has snuck away and is hiding in local area (Tribal base). It is vital that the US retrieve him, or valuable intel may be lost American Debrief: Congratulations men, we’ve managed to push the taliban scum back into dense bush. Unfortunately, they have captured one of our high ranking officers. Due to their lack of security, our spies have informed us that the officer has escaped, and is hiding in the local area. Due to the terrain, no vehicles will be provided. I highly suggest long-medium range weapons for this mission Taliban Debrief: Brothers, we have retreated back to more familiar surroundings in hopes to out maneuver the american’s. Unfortunately, the hostage that we took has managed to escape our clutches and has hidden in our local surroundings. It is extremely important that we find him before the US in order to extract valuable intel. for Allah my brothers!!!

Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): YES Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: Recently, i feel as if i have become more apart of the CGM community and as of such, iv been reporting a lot of rule breaking, that a lot of other players can’t be bothered to report. I feel as if instead of nagging the moderators/admins any time a situation like this come up, it would be alot more convenient if i were to solve it myself, as i have a clear knowledge of the rules, and i feel like i am able to steer players towards the right path Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: Being the current USMC commander, i am forced to communicate effectively with my team through ingame comms, teamspeak and discord. I was also apart of 82nd airborne for a short amount of time which demands precise teamwork in order to have successful drops. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: Im and honest, down to earth person who, who can keep his cool in stressful situations. I feel as if i'm a good leader, and that i'm able to steer people down the right path Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would start off by going under the map then jail tping the player (!jailtp), followed by a chat about why the player can’t RDM/MSRD. During this chat i may ask if something has made them mad recently at home and/or in game. If something has occured, i would lend my advice on the issue so that in future, the same problem doesn't occur. If nothing has happened at home ot ingame and it is simply a case of a player with no intent to Role Play then it would just be a chat about the server rules and why the player cant RDM/MRDM, followed by (assuming the player as no ban’s on record) a 24h ban. If the players actions continue, the severity of the ban’s will go up (3 day, week, month, perma). Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would teleport the playing and/or Physgun the player into a sit where i would speak to him. Questions may consist of; Why have you been RDMing? Iv noticed that your discipline has been slipping lately. Is there any reason for this? Have you realised that your breaking server rules? Can i help with any issues you have had with these players in the past? Judging by these answers, i may or may not have to teleport in the victims in order to make sure that they had no influence on the players rule-breaking. If the victims had no influence on the player's decisions, I would !warn him and let him know that breaking the rules again may lead to a kick/ban. If the victims did have an influence on the players decision making, then judging by the severity of what they done (failrp, shooting him first e.t.c) i may have to dish out multiple warns. No matter how well-known a member is within the community, rules are still rules and as of such, they will get the same treatment as any other player
