Not only will I be active in the discord and there for players emerging but I will be able to give my formative and formal opinion on topics that could be critical for the community and server. Scenarios Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occurred. Question 1: As a Discord Administrator, how do you react?: Mic-spamming or distortions in the discord is not tolerated, It not only hurts members in the discord and is annoying but isn't needed. First I would try to gain some evidence and insight from the victim who is reporting the supposed "mic-spam" if recordings are provided I will give them a warning and if they continue to do so I will mute them for an hour. Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response. Question 2: As a Discord Administrator, how do you react?: I would first apologize on not only my behalf but being slow in general, not only do CG members deserve respect and our time for help in the discord server but deserve to be helped right away. Secondly I would help them solve their issue just like any normal help-desk suggestion or voice call would go and will give them the best help that I can give for the inconvenience.

By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes. I agree to never abuse powers and abide to the Teamspeak rules. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I believe that with my ability to follow and enforce rules on Colossal Gaming, I am capable of becoming one of the best Moderators. As current game play has shown to a bit dry for me, being a moderator will help spark a new role that keeps my name within the community through another aspect. Being the role model I believe to be, becoming a moderator is the correct path for me as I already enforce rules and such on the server and by continuing this in a bigger way, this can be the start of a new era for me on Colossal Gaming. I also understand the standards from players and know how the role-playing works on the server. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: My ability to work in a team and lead in a team is evident when I used to be the Captain of the 24th Special Operations. Back when I was in that regiment, I was keen to help lead a regiment back then and operate in a team that was seen as one of the most prestigious groups. Through raiding and events. it was evident that I could work in a team. Using communication devices like Teamspeak and Discord helped with working in a team. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: By being the prestigious role of Captain and enforcing rules through my regiment and leading my regiment through its glory days, this showed positive aspects throughout the server. As well as that, being head roles in events like GOA. These experiences has helped shape the player I am today and have impacted the server in positive ways. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: For starters I'm 16 and live in Queensland, Australia. I've been apart of Colossal gaming since the start and been on the Military RP server before CG was a thing (back in Imperial Days). I'm usually on the server every now and then (with the occasional one or two day break) and then except when I took a break back in 2017. I love gaming and sports. I've been on steam since 2015 and played GMOD since 2016. Most people on the server have probably witnessed me I don't think that anyone could come and say many negative comments about me. I've a good player ever since I joined back in 2016. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would Tp-Jail him to the nearest admin room and have a chat with him. If this kid has had multiple warnings before, then I would evaluate the tickets and find the most suited ban for him. For say it was 3 different RDM warnings, then a 3 day ban would be most suited. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would bring him to a room and have a chat about what the current matter is and why this behaviour is being presented on the server. If I could tell that he has been having a rough time lately, I'd advised to maybe take a break and come back soon. However, a warning for RDM is still needed to keep on account for future slip ups. However a advising a break would be more effective then banning because a ban is tend to upset someone more than advising a break from the server. With all of this in mind, I would need to treat him just like every other person on the server to keep fairness on the server.
