  1. Key Cyan: Questions Green: Answers Blue: Subjects Purple: Links Pre-reqsuisites You must be already active and well-known member within our community. I am quite well known and not inactive with my gameplay on progress on the server in the past. However, after going inactive for 5 months, I figure most of the server does not quite know me and therefore I should introduce myself more to the newly joining members. You must be calm and know how to handle stressful situations as a staff member you will get stressed. Being stressed can be a bit of a problem for me. Someone asking me personal questions can also bother me as well. I just recently had gone to a funeral and my grades drop down, but I can always get back on track no matter how big the problem is. You must understand the chain of command. The chain of command is something I can understand well and clearly, and that if I would do anything to change this server even for a short while, I would do it with a higher-ups permission. (As in Admin, Owner, etc.) You must understand that the powers you are granted are for you to help people and the community. The community is the source of every other group, as the community grows more, so does our happiness. Once I have these powers, I will help make the CG Community better and bigger. You agree that your rank can be taken away at any time if you are reported abusing. If I am caught abusing, purposely or doing so without realizing I am, I will cooperate with the penalty I am given because of the things I have done wrongly. You need to understand that you may not receive the rank. Even if I do not receive the rank, I would still enjoy being part of the community and do my best as a member and guest to help it. As a staff member, you must understand that you are required to help/run events. Events are the main source of the fun and enjoyment that lies with the MilitaryRP server, I can help, and if I could, run the events as interesting and fun as I see fit, and for everyone else. You must have an understanding of the rules and RP. With great progression and understanding with what this community could build up to, I would go by the rules and roleplay both normally and interestingly. You must have at least 60 active hours on the server. With me gladly saying I have enough hours on the server, I am also glad I am active and contributory to the server, enjoying events, etc. You must show appropriate levels of maturity in all aspects within the community. SeriousRP can make this server mature, along with others going with the flow of our community. So I can show appropriate levels of it by simply taking it as something I'd do forever. General Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:165176179 Steam Community Profile Page Link: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198290618087 Current In-Game Alias (E.g.Captain Deston): Isaiahh Most Commonly Known Alias (E.g. Deston): Isaiahh, Isa Are you staff on any other servers within this community?: No Have you been staff on any other communities (If so, please list your position, community and at least one reference and their SteamID)?: No How much game time do you have? (Provide proof): I have 265+ hours on CG MilitaryRP and 800+ hours on Garry's Mod. I did change my account name twice so you will see my new username, which is 'WazowSKREE' which have approximately 24 hours when I have 300-400+ for the server. What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)?: Guest Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes, Kurgan invited me into his private server and showed me the basics and advanced features of the mod. On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 6.5 for the Staff or 5 for the Players or worse due to inactivity. Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: No If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I am willing to help others within this community and remind others who do not follow the rules of the server the consequenses if they continue to break them. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: As of 16/01/2019, I am a Private of the 75th Ranger Medics. I am willing to help in situations in dire need, along with responsibly training Trainees and teaching them about the features of our server. Although I am quite strict in stressful situations such as training multiple Trainees and not doing well in events, I can honestly say I am quite resourceful to have the rank as a moderator. Have you ever had an administration position, whether that be in this community or another: No Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I have not made any actions that have changed or done things to the server. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a calm person who has a love for eating apples, as well as getting along with others, even if they were from other regiments. I would even volunteer to train a Trainee if nobody would go. I was brought into the 75th Rangers by Apteryx because he had a great personality and response to people. Now I am in the rival side of the server, Taliban. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react?: I would react by jailing him, mute him so then he stops mic-spamming and minging and tell him that his behaviour will not be tolerated anymore because of a counted 35 random killings of either Taliban, US or a mixture of both sides. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react?: If I have known they had been slipping up, I would follow the first few actions of Scenario 1, but I would interrogate them instead of telling that his behaviour is not acceptable. If they confesses, he/she would still get a ban for at least 2 days, longer depending on their behaviour and rule breakings. Signed by Isaiahh Currently: Private of the 75th Ranger Medics Previously: PFC of the Combat Medics, Private of the Taliban Army, Lieutenant of the 75th Rangers

What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Guest Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: A little bit, but it wouldn't hurt to touch up on it. On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 7-8, older players know me better than probably the new ones. Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes. As I am an MP, it kind of fits my role to enforce rules. Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes. Equality within the server should be shown through all aspects of GMOD, especially when it comes to moderation. Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes. I use the microphone as much as I can when communicating with players as it is an easy way to communicate to my fellow comrades. Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes. When it comes to moderation on Colossal Server(s) I understand that I take full responsibility for my actions on the server and towards players and that duties are taken seriously at all times. Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No. N/A. Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: Every now and then. When I'm playing GMOD, I usually discord friends as it is another easy way to communicate. If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes. I agree to never abuse powers and abide to the Teamspeak rules. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I believe that with my ability to follow and enforce rules on Colossal Gaming, I am capable of becoming one of the best Moderators. As current game play has shown to a bit dry for me, being a moderator will help spark a new role that keeps my name within the community through another aspect. Being the role model I believe to be, becoming a moderator is the correct path for me as I already enforce rules and such on the server and by continuing this in a bigger way, this can be the start of a new era for me on Colossal Gaming. I also understand the standards from players and know how the role-playing works on the server. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: My ability to work in a team and lead in a team is evident when I used to be the Captain of the 24th Special Operations. Back when I was in that regiment, I was keen to help lead a regiment back then and operate in a team that was seen as one of the most prestigious groups. Through raiding and events. it was evident that I could work in a team. Using communication devices like Teamspeak and Discord helped with working in a team. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: By being the prestigious role of Captain and enforcing rules through my regiment and leading my regiment through its glory days, this showed positive aspects throughout the server. As well as that, being head roles in events like GOA. These experiences has helped shape the player I am today and have impacted the server in positive ways. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: For starters I'm 16 and live in Queensland, Australia. I've been apart of Colossal gaming since the start and been on the Military RP server before CG was a thing (back in Imperial Days). I'm usually on the server every now and then (with the occasional one or two day break) and then except when I took a break back in 2017. I love gaming and sports. I've been on steam since 2015 and played GMOD since 2016. Most people on the server have probably witnessed me I don't think that anyone could come and say many negative comments about me. I've a good player ever since I joined back in 2016. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would Tp-Jail him to the nearest admin room and have a chat with him. If this kid has had multiple warnings before, then I would evaluate the tickets and find the most suited ban for him. For say it was 3 different RDM warnings, then a 3 day ban would be most suited. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would bring him to a room and have a chat about what the current matter is and why this behaviour is being presented on the server. If I could tell that he has been having a rough time lately, I'd advised to maybe take a break and come back soon. However, a warning for RDM is still needed to keep on account for future slip ups. However a advising a break would be more effective then banning because a ban is tend to upset someone more than advising a break from the server. With all of this in mind, I would need to treat him just like every other person on the server to keep fairness on the server.

Deston): Jackal Are you staff on any other servers within this community?: No. Have you been staff on any other communities (If so, please list your position, community and at least one reference and their SteamID)?: No. How much game time do you have?(Provide proof)(Gametracker): 478 hours, I've been playing for over 6 months. PROOF: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/139.99.137.215:27015/top_players/?query=jackal. What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Ultimate Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes, ULX is an interface where staff can access commands like !kick, !tp, !jail, etc. On a scale of 1 to 10 how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 8, I have been playing on this server for a while, and I have played in both Taliban and U.S. Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes. Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes, I try my best to avoid breaking rules, and I also try my best at making sure others are following the rules too. Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes, I understand that friends should be treated as if they were ordinary players, and should be given punishment appropriate to what they have done. Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes, I have a microphone. Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes, I understand that my duties are to be taken serious at all times. Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you: No, not to my knowledge (I might be wrong). Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: Not often, but I have Teamspeak and will try to use it more. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I feel that I should be accepted on to the staff team because I would like to spend my time helping the community and it's members. I want to make people enjoy their experience as much as possible, and I feel that by being a staff member I can make this possible. I want to make new members of the community want to keep playing, and enjoying the time they spend here. I love helping people, whether it is on a game, or not. I would like to serve this community to the best of my ability. Discuss your ability to work as a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I always try to work in a team, by communicating in comms during events, like asking for the status on points to see where help is needed. I always try and encourage my fellow members to do their best whether it be wartime, an event, or even a raid. I try my hardest to get others involved, because the key to winning a battle is teamwork. During events when we are leaving to go to an objective, I always wait until the vehicle is full or almost full before leaving, and I encourage others to do the same. During RP situations I always try to get people involved whether they be U.S. or Taliban, friend or foe. Have you ever had an administration position, whether that be in this community or another: No, but I hope that I can be so lucky to have this position. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: During my time in U.S. when i became SGT and SSGT, I always asked if I could help train trainees, as I loved helping people, and I would always volunteer to anyone asking for people to train trainees, whether it be the GOA, or a Commanding Officer. I always volunteered because I loved the feeling of helping others, and watching them do well, whether it was in events, or regular RP, it always gave me a feeling that I was helping the community, and that made me happy. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am 15, I always like to communicate with people, and try to help them when ever they need guidance. I think I am a fun person to be around, but I can also be serious when the situation calls for it, whether it be in game or if it be real life. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff have logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would first bring the player to where no one is around and where players can't get to, and I would jail them to avoid them trying to run away, or killing themself. I would then bring the victims of the RDM, and check logs to see what the RDM count was, and would ask the victims and the RDMer what their side of the stories were. If he is still being a minge and clearly not taking the situation seriously, I would ban him for an appropriate period of time depending on the amount of players they RDMed. If the player has an allibi and reason for killing the people that seemed like the truth, I would change the punishment , and watch them to see what they do. If I catch them RDMing again I will ban them for an appropriate time period. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? The duty of a staff member is to treat everyone as equals, and make sure that the punishments are not biased in any way. I would bring the person to where no one is around and where players can't get to, and I would ask for his side of the story, then tell him of the consequnces. I would then bring the victims, and then ask for their sides of the story, depending on whether their stories match up to the situation or not. I would then tell the player the consequences of Mass RDMing, and would give an appropriate consequence, whether it be a warn, kick, ban, or demotion, depending on the amount of players. When deciding the punishment, I would also take into account the other recent problems people have been having with the player. Scenario 3: A good friend of yours has just joined the server, he is, and will continue to break multiple rules after you have warned him not to, despite this he doesn't stop and keeps on going because he/she being your good friend, thinks you won't do anything to stop them. Question 3: As a Moderator, how do you react? As stated in the previous scenario, the duty of a staff member is to treat everyone as equals. I would bring the the player, tell them that they cannot get away with breaking rules and that being the friend of a staff member does not mean that they are an exception to the rules, and I would give them a punishment appropriate to what they have done wrong. Thank you everyone for taking time to read this, and for the feedback. Hopefully I can show you what I am worth as a staff member.
