Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: As a Trial Event Master (EM) I have had two weeks of restricted admin powers. In that time I have never been reported abusing and I have even done lots of tickets (110). The one thing that has annoyed me is that as an EM, I wasn't allowed to do RDM tickets or NLR tickets. This, I have found is what leads me to want to become a moderator, because I felt that I was better doing tickets then doing events.
Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: As a cadet, I have had many different challenges such as communication training and working together as a team. I am still going through these but I am always going to be increasing my skills. This means that I will always be getting better and improving.
Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: In the past months I have been on this server, I have been a Lieutenant of USAF, a PFC of Marines, a Lieutenant of Marines and last but certainly not least, a PVT in the US Army. In that time I have had many higher ups and also I have been a higher up to many people. In there I have had many quarrels and gotten over them and helped others along the way. I have seen the inner workings of the server and used that knowledge to help others so more people enjoy the server.
Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a high school student that is majoring in most things digital. This describes my main personality as I am a nerd who loves most video games as a computer geek. I am also a cadet in real life and aspire to be in the military when I am older, so I love militaryRP servers. This was the first one I joined and in the time I have been on other militaryRP servers, none of them have been as good as this one.
Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge.
Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would jailtp him to me under the map where he can't hurt anyone. I would then tell him why I brought him there and tell him what is going to happen. I would then proceed to warn him through the warning system with details of it "Mass RDMx35 - 3 Day Ban". I would then ban him for 3 days and when he comes back on, then a person with more experience can deal with him. If he disconnects then I will still have his IP so I would then IP ban him and add a warning "Leaving During An Admin Sit" Just so other admins know that he may leave during sits. If I would then give his IP over to a full Moderator and ask him to change the ban for leaving an admin sit to a week from when the sit took place, IF I am a trail Moderator at the time.
Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot.
Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would TP him under the map and ask why he RDMed his squad. I would use the warning system to find out how many times he has RDMed over the past however long. I would then tell him that he should take some time off to cool down and to get his head back into the game. I would then ban him for a day to cool down.
