Are you familiar with the administration mod known as 'ULX'? I have used it for maybe 10 minutes in my own time messing around with my friends but I don't have much of an idea as to how to use it properly. I am however open to learning about it and how to use it for moderation purposes.

Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay? I believe that I am a good fit for the staff team as I can deal with many situations involving many different people/problems. While the admins and other moderators are busy dealing with important server issues I can deal with the smaller player based issues, taking pressure off the other staff and allowing them to do their jobs to a better standard and increasing the player's experience. I am very active and can be on quite a lot during times that others usually wouldn't. I also work hard to achieve the best possible results.
Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I recently got promoted and handed down my MCOM (Medic Commander) rank. I have done my best to show my superiors my ability to lead a group and perform tasks to a high standard, I have worked with my medics to improve their Combat/Medical abilities and helped them succeed in events and training's. On several occasions I have also lead/helped lead the Marines. Whether it be in training or events I have worked well with them and helped them to achieve their best. Not only do I work well in teams I am familiar with, I also work well with people that I don't often work with, I often find myself surrounded by individuals that I am unfamiliar with but we still work together and succeed most of the time.
Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I believe that my MCOM experience has greatly impacted not only the Medics but the US as a whole. I have trained up the Medics to be able to assist anybody at anytime for any reason and thus helped keep the US army alive during events. I also believe that my RP participation around the map has benefited players experience and helped make sure everyone was having a good time. I may not have spent lots of time with everyone on the server but I hope that my overall activity still improved everyone's player experience.
Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a 16 year old male from a small town near Melbourne whom enjoys socializing with new people and is always open for a chat. I do my best to be as helpful as I can and always offer help when it is required. I also do my best to keep a positive mindset and enthusiastic approach about everything I do in order to hopefully boost others players moods and enthusiasm within the server. I enjoy playing games with friends and will usually be found playing multiplayer games or in a vc with somebody in discord. I attempt to leave my comfort zone often to try and meet new people from new communities, which is one of the reasons I started playing in the first place. Of course I am only human and I do often misinterpret stuff once I am told or I take things the wrong way but I do my best to ensure I am understanding what I am being told properly.
Scenario 1: A player is running around on the server and RDMing constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and found him to be quite the minge.
Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you act?
My first action would be to jailtp the RDMer under the map in order to contain his murder spree and prevent any more damage to the sever. I would then bring his victims and ask them about what happened. I would do this to gather both sides of the story to ensure I was not biased to one side, If the player was not behaving and refusing to cooperate I would warn him, ban him for 1 week (unless it is not his first time) due to MRDM and then notify my superiors so they can handle him if any further punishment is required. If he was being respectful then I would explain how he had broken the rules and that no matter the context, whether it was for fun or for harm he was going to get banned for MRDM and hope that he learns his lesson.
Scenario 2: A well-known player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of players on his own team. This player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot.
Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react?
If he is not a threat to the server I will bring him and his victims under the map to have a discussion with them and find out the whole story of what happened. I would then tell him about how he broke the rules and that he was going to be banned for 1 week unless it was not his first offence) no matter if he was messing around or trying to harm his team, If he was being apologetic and saying that he regrets what he did I would simply apologize to him and wish him well. ! would say that I hope he learns his lesson from what he has done and then hand down him punishment. However if he was not cooperating and refusing to listen or was minging/trying to kill me I would simply Jail him and then warn him for MDRM and refusing staff commands. I would then ban him depending on his previous warns and inform my superiors.
Thanks for taking the time to read my Mod App, constructive criticism is appreciated
