  2. -1 You have had TWO chances already to be within the staff team. You have failed your Event Master Trial twice already. I don't believe you are fit for the mod team on that justification. You have shown you are unable to mature when in such position. There have also been reports from other Staff that toxicity has continued and such behaviour is not tolerated in the team as a whole. Also stating in admin chat that the "Event was ******* dog ****" without giving valid feedback towards an event.

By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Discord/Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Discord rules: Yes Questions In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become a Communication Administrator?: I would like to become a Communications Admin because most of the regiments are moving into the Colossal gaming Discord and I want to be able to help w/ Moderation. Muting people who are mic spamming/ minging and helping if and roles need to be made or edited. In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Communication servers as an Administrator?: I believe my experience on the SAS Discord i had been working as an Administrator (As I still am) muting/ banning those who break the rules. Scenarios Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occurred. Question 1: As a Communication Administrator, how do you react?: I would find their profile in the members area and server mute them, I would then PM them directly on Discord and ask them as to why they were mic spamming. Depending on the response; If they are remorseful I would then tell them not to do it again and un Server mute them/ if they are acting hostile I would tell them they are being server muted and will be unmuted the next day. Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response. Question 2: As a Communication Administrator, how do you react?: I would Apologise that they haven't been attended to in a timely manner, I would then ask the what they are having trouble with; If their problem is something I can solve, I would solve it asap./ If it is something I cannot solve I would let them know, I would also recommend for someone for them to PM about their problem. Be it management, Owners or Higher staff.

  8. +1 Midday has shown an over all improvement and I believe he deserves another chance at Staff. Midday has previously been mingey but a lot of people have aswell so keep that in mind.

  12. +1 I haven't seen you get in too much trouble recently, fairly mature and if you get mod you need to 100% make sure your computer is secure. If not there could be serious damage to your reputation and more.
  13. -1 I have seen you around the server, but in my opinion how you have acted in the recent months has been quite immature. If you can show me you have improved, I may reconsider my Choice.
