Do you have any Event Experience (Have you played a Character in an Event or assisted in the Set-up)?: No I have not but I have played most events when I am on
What Inspires you to become an Event Master?: Asatru is the main reason why I want to be event master as he made me very interested in being an event master. The other reasons why is that some event master from what I heard AFK during events and that I wanted to help or assist the online event masters and to ensure the event go smoothly
Do you feel confident in delivering clear and concise briefings and debriefing?: Even though I am usually quiet In discord sessions, when needed I will speak and be confident on what needed to be debriefed and to answer any PTL's and to deliver the objective to fellow allies

In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become an Event Master on MilitaryRP: After the server crash incident many bans were made and that a "riot was caused" I feel that the admins/event masters felt kinda empty(in my opinion) and that I would love to assist and make things fun so the server may go smoothly and steadly
In One Paragraph, please explain how you will bring new, interesting and creative Event Ideas to the table?: In event's I would love to bring a new/unused concepts on balancing reinforcements such as: The attack heli scenario when a faction has low reinforcements. After a few balances the opposing team can use rockets against heli (via spawning rocket launchers, The rogue Russian team (Spawn spetzs in certain areas and that can reduce certain teams tickets|Kinda based on which NPC shoots |. I would also bring more event modes such as Warzone (its a 5/7 objective game and have to capture in order and push until the opposing team spawn, if opposing team capture then they push their opposing team back) , Infected (zombie-like event where one person is the jugg zombie with a combat knife and when killed people will infect them onto their team and a timer will be set, most people alive in their faction wins when time runs out).
Briefly describe how a "Typical Event" is run (Keep it short, you will provide a more detailed answer further in the application)?: Call @@@debrief on both sides, (wait until everyone has gathers and lined up*) Person who organised or the Speaker will debrief the mission and what will happen. Then map switch will happen, after map switch , Set tali and US spawn. (Do timer for 10 mins for setup) A quick debrief will be held on both sides while waiting for the event master to prepare the scenario/event. After do @@prepare do to move out . Set timer when move out is called and tickets/reinforcements. After both events over at debrief promo's, tryouts, etc.
Scenario 1: Users are complaining about the quality of the Event you are running despite only being 2 minutes into the Event. You spent almost an hour crafting this event and you were very keen to run it.
Question 1: As a Event Master, how do you react?
No event is everyone's favorite but I would ask everyone about what the problems are and would balance or fix it to better suite most people. I would ask people on their opinion on the event in homemap and what could have gone better
Scenario 2: During your Event, you urgently need to go AFK. You will most likely not return in time to finish the event and it has only been running for 5 minutes.
Question 2: As an Event Master, how do you react?
I would inform all online event masters on where certain stuff is place such as the fog box, barriers, objectives and certain timing/changes planned in the event and entrust that they can run it. After returning from AFK I would ask the event masters that assisted me on how it went while I was away
You must craft your own Event from start to finish (Include Briefing and Debriefing). You are required to use full details such as map, actions (e.g. !model @ "model"), plot twists etc. Remember to include PassiveRP Elements!
