  1. The Unit’s strength lies in courage, teamwork, and responsibility. In Colossal Gaming Delta Force; sometimes known as ‘the Unit’, is a special operations regiment which focuses on training and combat. We are the head of assault and defence in the US. This means that the Delta Force can conduct; Special operations, High-value target raids, Direct action, Counter-terrorism, Special reconnaissance, Unconventional warfare, Hostage rescue/takedowns, and Counter narcotic operations. Our loadout consists of; Boonie hats at 1LT+, HK416, Flamethrower, UMP45, AS50, M95 and Frag grenades. Officers and promotions: The current Officers of Delta Force are: Asatru - General Ninja – Major (retired) Roasty – Major (retired in Canada) Bee - Major Cav "deadeye" – Captain ([dis]honoureable discharge) Viper - Captain (retired) Dark 'The Peeper"– Commander Unknown Phantom - 1LT Gizmo - 1LT As the leaders of Delta Force, we make sure we are well organised so that our men do not go without appropriate training and rewards. To ensure our organisation we keep a strict regiment document that details how our men are performing, when they joined and when they received promotions. Promotions are one of the most exciting aspects for our soldiers. It reflects their hard work which we in Officers hold with great value. Thus promotions follow a minimum guideline; if a soldier has performed to our standards they will receive their new rank after a set minimum amount of days. This goes as follows: Private - Pass try-outs with a maximum of one strike. Private First Class - 1 day. Specialist - 2 days. Must join a task force. Corporal - test + 3 days. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1v8G50skKGYAcFPKr6hB_dnQGZrBbBQqxJMBRs_6vYFo/edit?usp=drivesdk Sergeant - 1-5 days. Once Officers are confident they can train. Staff Sergeant - 3 days. Master Sergeant - 4 days. Sergeant First Class - 4 days + test. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Mu8kCs-WZX1Yky4Hv2c8UwF5FlhpYDaSQ604kJzBauY/edit?usp=drivesdk Sergeant Major - 5 days. Warrant Officer - 5 days + learn a class or and regiment try-outs. Chief Warrant Officer - 6 days. Second Lieutenant –7 days. First Lieutenant - chosen by officers. Task Forces: The Unit has four task forces each member can join. These four are: VIP – Very important Persons - Escort high ranking or bountied US players. Prioritise the Unit. Always be the first to take a mission from a 2nd LT+. HVT – High-Value Targets - Actively patrol areas known for high-value targets. Gather information on HVT's and potential Taliban that could be a HVT in the future. This means questioning civilians in US checkpoints and ordering them to leave if they aren't Taliban. ERGO - Elite Response Global Operators - Save hostages and capture Taliban. Better dead than red when allies cannot be saved. Take FOB, especially when active. SEASPRAY - Members of SEASPRAY are highly adaptive and skilled at operating various vehicles. This includes: Hummer & Hummer variants, M35 Canvas, Security Jeep, Blackhawk, Chinook, and Venom. The purpose of Delta Force taskforces is to ensure members know what they should be doing and practising when on active duty. Members can choose a main taskforce to represent but can perform jobs from any four taskforces when not under the direction of our officers. Medals of Honour: These are given by Major Bee to members who have shown they the best of the best in that respective field. DEAD - DELTA's Elite Assault and Defence THOR - The High Officers Role FMJ - Full Metal Jacket DHRS - Deltas High rewarded Soldiers Important information: Do you think you have what it takes to be in Delta Force? here is a bit of information you should know: It is a requirement that members of the unit from Private all the way to general follow through with these expectancies: Be proficient in both combat, training and development. Report for active duty at least every second-day or notify LOA. Remain respectful to soldiers of the US army; especially security operations and staff. Follow the rules, repeat offences including RP offences such as breaking PTS, PTL, and PTE will result in demotions and or kicks. Lastly, members of the unit are expected to bond well with each other. This means that we expect good activity in both Discord (our primary source of both memes and communication) and Team Speak to communicate.
  2. I didn’t enjoy the role of EM for the past 1-2 weeks when I was in the role, I was thinking of just switching to mod but I decided I wanted a little time off being staff then I’d go back, I made this app a little earlier that I expected, I didn’t like Event Master for multiple reasons.

Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: As I am a former Event Master, I understand the basics of filling the role of Moderator, I also understand the rules and could enforce them to the best of my ability, I am pretty active, I could also help out in events if needed, I know this wouldn’t be my role, I could still help by setting up and doing DB’s when they need help. I haven’t gotten any warns nor bans and I have stuck to the rules pretty well, I like helping people and being a Moderator you have to help people, I enjoy playing the server and feel like I could be a good asset to the team Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I was in the event team and would work well with them, I am also Captain and work well with new Delta Force, I believe being a captain in delta force has helped me get better with teamwork, I am quite familiar with most of the staff and haven’t made anyone angry with me and I think I could work well as a team with them, I try and be friendly, and try and get along with other players and work as hard as I can. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: When I was Event Master I believe I impacted the Event Team and possibly impacted the server in a positive way, I also believe being a Captain of Delta Force has impacted the server by me doing tryouts for new players, and helping new players understand what they should do while playing Colossal Gaming, I feel like by doing both these jobs I have impacted the server in good way, from making players have something to do, to letting players have fun during events. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a go get it energetic type of guy that likes interacting with new and different people. I enjoy working in a team and enjoy taking direction from the people above me. I like helping people, by teaching them things they possibly didn't know, and enjoy playing Gmod, I am a friendly type of person, I will help with anything if you ask me, I try to follow the rules in everything. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would !jailtp the player, and let them explain what they are doing, and I would figure out why they were doing it then I would give them a 1-3 day ban, depending on how they were behaving, their past warns, and how many people they killed, I would warn them then ban them after. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would bring the player under the map to stop them from continuing the MassRDM, I would tell them that MassRDM isn’t allowed at all, and if they want to continue playing the server after their ban they should start following the rules, I would then warn the player then would ban them and I would get an Admin+ to extend their ban. If you have a question with something I put in here, ask me.
  4. +1 I believe your behavior over time has gotten better, Event Team needs members and I think you would be a great addition to the team, all the answers look well answered.
  5. +1 Blaid has shown good leadership, and he has shown he can work well as a team, he would be a great addition to the EM team.
  6. Seriously, good luck in the future, and have fun on arma. furry staff team
  7. +1 This would be a good idea, It could help with roleplay, and other things, It would also be fun in general, having a passive regiment.
  8. -1 Grammar is poor and could easily be fixed, Your past behaviour, Your immature, and it looks like it took 2 minutes to write it. I don't think you would be a good fit for Moderator. P.S Fix the size of your writing.
  9. No you weren't. You pulled a massie then you lied about it, calling me racist "Racist to my religion of changing names" hmm, and you're still lying. Anymore lies?
  10. Wonder who that is.. +1 Pretty alright guy the times I've seen him, haven't seen him minge, worth giving him a shot, and he seems like he knows the basics.
  11. -1 Could do with more detail, for the team speak question, it said how much do you use it, you said no, but you can extend that into, I don't use Teamspeak that much, could spend more time on this. And some answers seem rushed.
  12. Neutral I've seen you minge before, and argue. But I have also seen you be a good person, and friendly.
  13. -1 People make mistakes, especially people who are new.
  14. +1, I see potential, nice guy, haven't seen him build but it is worth giving him a go (I'm not just giving him a +1 for putting my name in there).
