Are you familiar with teamspeak permissions and settings?: Yes i am very familiar with teamspeak perms as i have owned many teamspeaks myself prior to this application. On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 8.5/10 Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes i am. Do you follow and enforce the rules to the best of your ability?: Of course, being a management member i put my input in and enforce rules on ts and on the server at all times. Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes i accept these terms. Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?: I tend to be very active on the teamspeak server, i would say almost everyday i will be on. If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules: YES Questions In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become a Team speak Administrator?: I would like to become a Teamspeak Administrator to help benefit Teamsepak users with any sort of problems they face e.g Teamspeak permissions, helpdesk, channel editing. I feel i could also be trusted into this certain role as i am currently apart of the Management Team. In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Teamspeak as an Administrator?: I will make a positive impact by being active and always being able to assist people on the spot without people having to wait for someone to come online the teamspeak, i am very easy to speak to about any issue aswell. Scenarios Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occured. Question 1: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: As a TS Admin i would know that Mic Spam is against CG teamspeak rules so i would speak to the people that reported the issue and find out the persons name, then if they were to join back to the teamspeak i would then take appropriate action by speaking to them and asking them to stop mic spamming as it is against the CG teamspeak rules, if they were to continue i would then ban them for an appropriate time period depending on the situation. Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response. Question 2: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: First i would apologize for them having to wait for such a long period of time without assistance even if i had not been in the teamspeak for that long, if they were to continue to be agitated i would try and calm them down and get to the bottom of the reason they are in HELPDESK for. Scenario 3: There are a bunch of Users in a MilitaryRP designated Public-Channel. You notice none of them have any Server Groups. All the clients are connected from Australia. Question 3: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: I would join the channel and see if they play on the server and would like to be set to Verified User/Any rank they may obtain on the Military RP.
