Really old name –
In total I have about 23 days in time on the server.
What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Ultimate Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes, I very comfortable with ULX commands. I have a understanding of !jail puts them in a jail,
!jailtp puts him in a jail and teleports him to your location, !return returns the player to his/her original location, I know how to lay out the ban !ban [player] [time] [reason],
!bring it brings your target, !slap slaps target, !goto teleports you to someone,
!send sends a player to another player,
!menu menu is where you will find all the commands.
I’m also a fast learner so I would pick the others up within a few days.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?:
I think about 6 I’m working on getting myself out there by talking to US that walk by and doing RP a lot more.
Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes. Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?:
Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?:

Yes. Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes. Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you:
I had one ban when I first joined for arresting my officer for RDMing someone (I didn’t know he was my officer) and I was called names and so on, so I said this server needs better staff. Than I got a two hour ban for server diss. I have no idea who banned me. i have learnt from this and now know not to diss the server in anyway, shape or form. Teamspeak Agreement How often do you use the Teamspeak server?:
I have TS and I will use it and make sure I’m available to be pinged if I’m accepted.
I’m trying to use it a lot more!
If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Teamspeak Server Group that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon):
Yes, I understand these conditions Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?:
Because i am a hard worker and have a great work ethic. I also am great with helping people and would help anyone who needs it. These two things make me stand out from the average guest. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this:
I am able to listen and accept any help from anyone, i have also been in multiple sporting teams and communities so i have a understanding of what its like being in a team. To add to this sec-ops needs to have great team work and communication when guarding or escorting someone, if communication is not available when escorting or guarding everything falls apart and no one gets anywhere. I believe this is the same as the mod team if people don't communication and work as a team everything falls apart.
Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: As a high ranking person (SFC) i am responsible for training and teaching new people how to play and past tryouts. I believe this has made people want to play a lot more and increased the server size on peak time a bit. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself:
Gday my name is Jesse im 13 and i live in a little town called Kurri Kurri.
I am in year 8 at school, my school believes that fit minds are happy minds this pushes my belief of 20 push ups a day keeps the psychologist away. I have family all over the place some live in England, Scotland, Zealand and Australia these connections with the world have educated me about different cultures beliefs, with this information i am able to help educate others. Speed-walking, i know its a weird sport but that's what i do, if you see me around be sure to roast me about it because who doesn't like a roast. My medication, i suffer from a condition called OCD and without my medication it makes me sick and upset as well as unable to focus on one thing so if i seem off please just tell me.
Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would !jailtp him to a nice quiet spot and ask him why he is doing this, if he doesn’t take this seriously I would give him a 3 day ban then get one of the staff to extend the ban to a 1 week ban (!ban [player] [time] [reason]) depending on the amount of people he killed and I would get the people he killed sides as well (i would do this by !bring [player] after they have told me there side i would !return [player]). If he told me exactly why he was doing it for example, he was upset with Bob burger [fake admin name] for something that happened on a different server I would ban him for less time because he took the time to explain it was rage or sadness that motivated this act of violence. I would ban (!ban [player] [time] [reason]) him for 3 days and get it extended to 5 days if he did the same as the person who was mad and didn’t take me asking them why seriously. I would ban him of the menu (!menu) to make sure i didn't ban the wrong person.
Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? First, I would TP (!Bring) him and the people he killed to a sit, then ask for the story one person at a time if they say it was a random act than I would return (!return [player]) the people he killed and do the same as scenario 1 (ask why, no reply or minging reply (!ban [player] [time] [reason]) for how ever long is needed. If he explains to the full why i would slightly decrease his sentence), but if it wasn’t for example if he said that they are bad at aiming, than I would start getting everyone's side to determine the person who started it, once I have discovered that it was [person who started it] than I would return (!return [player]) everyone but [person who started it] and the person who massied, I would explain to them that putting people down and Mass RDM is a warn/ban/kickable offence I would then ban (!ban [player] [time] [reason]) the massRDMer for up to 3 days and ask a staff member to extend the duration to 4 days max 2 weeks. depending on the amount of people and the comment that caused the drama. After his punishment was given I would than warn (!warn [player] [reason]) [person who started it] for player diss or putting people down whichever one the mean comment falls under and return (!return [player]) him. just because he is well known and respected through out the commuting doesn't give him the right to massie not matter the reason. i would ban him of the menu (!menu) to make sure i ban the right person.
