Have you had any bans to date? If so, please explain to us why we should still accept you:
Yes, I was banned for 1 week for RDM. I did this because I misunderstood the rules when I was part of Spetsnaz. I was told I could kos us who shot me, but that was wrong. I feel that I’m still a good candidate for being accepted because it was a misunderstanding, and I would never have done it if I knew it was against the rules. I haven't been warned for over a month now.

By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and you have understood and read the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes
In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become an Event Master on MilitaryRP: I would like to become an EM because I have been a member of the community for quite a while (with a few large breaks) and have always enjoyed playing the events on this server. I would like to help with creating the events for other people to enjoy as I have.
In One Paragraph, please explain how you will bring new, interesting and creative Event Ideas to the table?: I will bring new event ideas to the table by providing my own ideas and input on what I think players would like in events; I will try to make my events interesting and engaging to the players, instead of telling them to run at a point for 15 minutes straight; I will bring new and creative ideas for events, sometimes trying new ideas that I haven't really seen to much.
Briefly describe how a "Typical Event" is run (Keep it short, you will provide a more detailed answer further in the application)?:
Write up a script for the event a little while before it is supposed to start
1. Call each side to DB, tell them about where they are going, what they gotta do etc
2. Answer any PTS’s, then when DB is over change maps
3. When the map has changed, set up stages for briefings for each side and tell everyone not to leave their spawns.
4. Start DB when a decent amount of people have joined, and during db the ems set up the event.
5. When the DB's are over and everything is ready, tell everyone “prepare to move out”, and when 100% ready, “move out”
6. During the event, ems monitor everything and ensure its running smoothly.
7. End of the first half, announce who won and either change to map for 2nd half and repeat process with briefings and setups, or give levels and change back to the home map.
8. At home map, have debrief where promotions are given out, any announcements are given, and feedback is given on the participants’ performances in winning/losing.
Scenario 1: Users are complaining about the quality of the Event you are running despite only being 2 minutes into the Event. You spent almost an hour crafting this event and you were very keen to run it.
Question 1: As an Event Master, how do you react?
I would ignore the players unless there are any serious issues and try my best to fix those issues. At the end of the event I would take notes about what people complained about and ask my seniors how it could be improved upon.
Scenario 2: During your Event, you urgently need to go AFK. You will most likely not return in time to finish the event and it has only been running for 5 minutes.
Question 2: As an Event Master, how do you react?
Ask any other staff or event masters who are online if they are able to take over, if no-one is in-game, ask through discord/Teamspeak/steam messages if anyone is able to come on and take over. In the worse case scenario I would ensure we are at least going back to home map before I leave.
Event Crafting You must craft your own Event from start to finish (Include Briefing and Debriefing). You are required to use full details such as map, actions (e.g. !model @ "model"), plot twists etc. Remember to include PassiveRP Elements!
Part 1 Map:) de_desert_atrocity_v3 Duration:) 15 minutes Game Mode:) TDM (tickets)
Description;). Put down the map dupe, and place some extra cover for players (sandbags, the large blocks). Place down cover to protect each side if they get pushed back towards their own spawn to balance it out a bit
Passive rp - US enters the town to try and negotiate with the Taliban about giving the US oil. The civilians sneak around and surround the US soldiers and ambush them when the em who is playing as a tali commander says in GC “kill them all” or something similar.
US Briefing Script: Ok men, today we have a simple mission. We have been ordered to secure the town known locally as the “atrocity” and ensure its safety for a negotiator to discuss the sale of oil with the local civilian government leaders. The goal of this mission is to prevent any bloodshed, we are only providing a presence to discourage any acts of violence. Does anyone have any questions?
Taliban Briefing Script: Men! Today is a very lucky day, the stupid US believe that they can negotiate the sale of our oil for their own purposes. They think they can enter our town of “atrocity” and negotiate with us. Unluckily for them, we will all be sneaky and disguise ourselves as local civilians, and when you are given the order, and only when you are given the order, you will ambush the US soldiers. Our goal is to kill as many as possible, including the negotiator. Any questions?
(during 1st half in map briefing, do a recap of what you told them and answer any other questions they might have)
1: A little while before the event is meant to start, write a script for how the event will go. (including “game mode”, which maps will be used, what will be said at debriefing etc)
2: When the event is set to start do “@@@ Both sides to debrief”
3: When enough people from each side have arrived, begin the debrief. Tell the players where they are going, what they need to do. (e.g. if they are capturing points or just killing the other team as much as possible)
4: Answer any pts’s and when db’s are over, do “@@@ Prepare of map change” and change the map.
5: When map changed, I will place down map dupe and other props that are needed (cover, barricades etc)
6: Warn players not to leave spawn
7: Set up stages for debrief, and call both sides to the briefing. Give a quick recap of what you told each side on home map and answer any more questions
8: When briefing is done do “@@@ prepare to move out”,!reinforcement create 500 475 and then “@@@ move out”
9: Monitor the event to ensure it is going well and when it is over announce who won with “@@@ Taliban/US Win”
10: Change maps and go to part 2.
Part 2 Required Map:) ttt_ship Duration:) 15 minutes Game Mode:) 3 point conquest
Description;) US suffered many casualties whether they won or the lost, so they withdrew and the Taliban stole a few caches of weapons that were abandoned. US need to try and reclaim these caches from the opposing Taliban. Whoever has the most points at the end of this mission will win.
Place down map dupe, and place other props depending on what stuff will be at each point and some extra cover if needed.
Briefing Scripts:) When doing the second part briefing, tell a little story but primarily explain where the point is or why you have to capture it. You may also explain engagement range if not obvious. You can make a strategy with the faction as well.
US Briefing Script:) Ladies, your performance in the last mission was somewhat of a disappointment on top of losing the negotiator, (if win “even though you won, we still suffered many casualties and we were forced to withdraw, leaving weapons behind) (if US lose, “during our withdrawal, we came under heavy fire and lost a lot of supplies)
Your objective is to reclaim these supplies and prevent the Taliban from using these to gain an advantage in the future. Any questions?
Taliban Briefing Script:) Men, we must fight to reclaim control of our lovely cruise ship! The united states military has boarded our ship and pushed us towards this end of our ship. Luckily, we are more than capable of pushing them back. They are trying to take back the weapons and fuel that they abandoned during their retreat, we must stop them. For Allah!!! Any questions?
1: Set up the event, map dupe and other props etc
2: Tell players not to leave etc
3: Do briefing, recap on what happened according to who won and what objectives need to be captured.
4: Tell them to prepare to move out, ConquestSystem_CreatePoint at the three points and then to move out when ready.
5: Monitor event and make sure it's all good.
6: When the event is over, announce who won and give levels
7: Change back to the home map.
8: In home map, call both sides to debrief. Do a recap of what happened for each side. Let commanders do their promotions and announcements.
