(minimum 100 words): As someone who has already been (for sure not demoted) staff I already have a vast knowledge of how the system runs and how to deal with difficult scenarios. I have mastered the art of ULX and know all commands such as (!kick Views - Is gay lol). In a serious matter I have the knowledge of a very good and not demoteable admin. I'm sure I'd be able to handle sits that not even the senior mods of the current time can handle due to my past. idk what else to put here lmao (EDIT) From the time that i have started playing again i joined USAF. The main reason im actually applying is because most the time a ticket such as helicopter or vehicle tickets are just left and nobody does them. This is probably due to the fact that they're not able to account them towards their weekly report and as such nobody does them... I think its actually really stupid how i have to continuously remind the staff in ooc and @ chat that nobody is doing these tickets. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: As someone who has been a great HRPO (better than gizmo) I know how to run and participate in a team. In the scenario where someone doesnt know what to do in a sit or during an event im able to give them probably useful advice (yet again due to my past experiences). Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: Oh lord, I clearly ran the best mini events (better than russ johnsons) and did not ever give out 10 levels for rewards. For a while as hrpo i was able to maintain a constant // daily amount of minievents and scenarios, this obviously later died down. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am a very very mature and kind member of the community. So much so that I volunteer to train trainees if a CPL+ is not free :). I am always happy to hear someone out and know how to deal and not be butthurt about reviews on events. Scenarios Scenario 1: A player with an attack heli has intentionally fired in front of the enemy base gates to kill someone with a bounty, but also killing players inside the base. A ticket is made by one of these bystanders and the attacker denies all the accusations saying it was an accident saying that there was no proof Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 80 words)? Firstly before bringing either of the players i would check the death logs through the !logs command. After so i would bring both of them and ask what happened, bystander first then the offender. If the bystander has video or secondary proof such as someone else who saw the event I would be in the clear to hand out the warning and finish the sit, however if the bystander has no such proof and the logs arent showing the scene correctly i would have to let the offender off with a verbal. Scenario 2: A Chief/Officer has been caught spawning in props to prop climb a wall despite previous warnings from staff for doing similar things. You tell him to stop but a few hours later another staff member catches him doing it. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 80 words)? This would fall under Q-menu abuse. If the offender already has previous warns about such a thing it would be in order to demote him down to 2nd LT. However due to previous experiences with myself and an officer I would call a Senior+ on to deal with the situation. Scenario 3: A Player is running around on the server and RDMing constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 3: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 100 words)? In this scenario i will be assuming im still T-mod. In the case the player has killed 3 people in under 5 minutes he would be in place for a 1 week ban. However as a T-mod you can only ban for around 1 day (from memory) so before taking him to a sit i would pre-grab his steamID. Once i bring him and ask why he did it (assuming they just said some bs), i would fill in the warn, ban for maximum time (1 day tmod) and ask in the Staff discord for someone to extend it to 1 week. Scenario 4: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 4: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 100 words)? Even though he is well known and all around a good player they have still done a MRDM. The ban could possibly be reduced from reactions to the people who he killed however the same actions as in the last scenario would be done. Bring to sit > Hear his side of the story, why and how he did it > Warn him > Ban for due amout of time (presumed to be one week)

  8. Neutral I have seen you around on the server and think you are a pretty cool guy. Your application is good and has some good detail in it however you might not be very well known by the community as of right now. However best of luck.
  9. -1 Through your many warns you have seemingly not learnt that you shouldn't rdm people in any circumstance. It was stated that each time you rdm'd someone you would get an increased punishment date. With this you still don't learn to contact any staff when people are pissing you off or killing you, with such you take it in your own hands and decided to kill them. In any situation you could've put yourself through with this circumstance you should've just contacted staff and dealt with it the normal way. Wait out the ban date and think about the actions you have done.
