Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules: I agree Questions In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become a Teamspeak Administrator?: I would like to be become a Teamspeak Admin as I wish to help other users while they are using the TS Server. This could include helping with assigning tags, setting up rooms for users and regiments and helping with monitoring the TS server. In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Teamspeak as an Administrator?: I feel that I would be able to help with ensuring user would be able to have an enjoyable time on the TS Server, including other banning or kicking annoying users that are hindering the the experience of other users, as well as assisting MilRP Regiment commander with their channels. Scenarios Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occured. Question 1: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: I would verify the information with other users from the other public channels. If the information is correct I would keep an eye out for said user and inform the other users to inform a staff member if they join back, so the user can be spoken to. As the user may not know the rules or know that they are being annoying, if they continue to be annoy I would ban them for 1 day to calm down. Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response. Question 2: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: I would apologise to the user for the long wait and try to calm the user down. After that I would try to assist the player to the best of my ability. Scenario 3: There are a bunch of Users in a MilitaryRP designated Public-Channel. You notice none of them have any Server Groups. All the clients are connected from Australia. Question 3: As a Teamspeak Administrator, how do you react?: I would join the channel and see if they are alright, then if they are from MilRP. If they say they are I would ask for their IGN name and quickly cross check their TS names to the player list on the server to see if I can gather any information from there. If all the information checks out I would assign the necessary tags.

Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?:. I believe I can help improve the experience of the players and will be able to assist in events. I believe I can provide assistance to the staff team during events and answering tickets during down and up time. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I have worked in a team before on the server, eg raiding and providing intel on the US. I have worked in a team in real life, as both a leader and member, such as assignments and at work. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: Even though the server has changed, I feel like my previous experience as admin would help the server. I have been on both US (Use to be Major of Marines) and currently on Taliban (DVT ISIS), I have some understanding of both sides and can relate to some actions and thought from either side. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I generally joke around but will be strict when needed. This was shown when I was an admin before, I would joke around in base and try to create a fun experience for the players, but I will get serious if needed. I also work so may not be on all the time (I usually put AFK in my name when I am AFK), but I will be on the server whenever I am free. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? Ban the player with the reason of Mass RDM. This player has already been warned and spoken to, therefore player has no intent to play properly or RP. Players who have no intent to RP or play to the rules would be detrimental to the experience of other players and may cause similar behaviour in other players. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? Speak to the player privately on the issue and determine their punishment in accordance with their response. As there may be other circumstances that have led to this behaviour, a warning would be enough of a punishment, but if they are unwilling to respond properly or shows no intent of understanding then a short ban should allow them to cool off and think through their actions. Good luck with your application! If you've got any questions please contact Deston.
