  1. -1 I've never seen you in game or on teamspeak, need to get more active.
  2. 2 days left this appeal is pointless as they take much longer than 2 days.
  3. +1 A great person to be around and would make a great asset to the staff team.
  4. So a single shot from an ak can take out a tire on an armored hummer sent to Afghanistan or anywhere else in the middle east where they are meant to take fire from ak 's and all other types of weaponry?
  5. Suggestion Name: Remove fearrp for armored vehicles such as the Hummer and Hummer TOW Suggestion Type (Rank, Vehicle, Menus, Regiment): Vehicle Addon Pack (Optional): Addon Pack File Size: Reason (Why would you like this added/removed): Makes 0 sense that the hummer has fearrp because this is serious RP and IRL a us soldier would never get out of an armored hummer just because a taliban with an AK is pointing it at an ARMORED hummer. Screenshots (Optional):
  6. +1 really is unrealistic seeing the rpg getting shot from above and having it be way too accurate, this would add a whole new sense of realism that would increase the way players are immersed in the server.
  7. I've talked to Robert on teamspeak we've cleared it up. Just so everyone else knows I never broke rp, I followed the order and then on teamspeak is where this all happened.
  8. Seriously though -1, a regiment shouldn't be something tailored to only events on certain maps or else back at home base they'd be useless. I'm also kind of confused as to what you currently want because we already have the scouts which is a good enough sniping regiment.
  9. Respectfully there's a difference between jokingly calling someone a cunt and calling someone a cunt with the intent to harass or bully. Just because I grew up always using the word "cunt" doesn't mean I'm immature and unable to perform duties a normal staff member would be able to sir. And if you think that this will indeed hinder my ability to be a staff member then please do keep your -1 and I'll continue to try and shake my bad habit. I'm trying to get everyone's honest feedback on what they think and I would love more negatives so I know what I can improve on so maybe one day I can make for a good moderator.

Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Teamspeak powers and acknowledge that you understand the Teamspeak Rules (Link soon): Yes Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: I believe you should add me to the staff team on the Colossal Gaming MILRP server because I have many traits that would help add to the staff team and would not disappoint the player base of the server. Empathy is a trait that is necessary for any and all moderators of any server and especially a server like Colossal Gaming because having empathy helps you connect with the person you are currently talking to. By me having a trait such as empathy I can understand the situation someone else is in which would assist me in finding the best approach to deal with whomever I'm with. With empathy, it'll shine a better light upon the staff team that others may see as a bunch of people that they don't like, yet instead, it puts the staff team in a positive state of mind for others. I'm also a person who sees being respectful as a big part of his life and by being respectful to any and all players no matter what they have done or are currently doing it makes the staff team seem more like an actual group of people here to help the server, not destroy it. The respectfulness I show would also be helpful in sits as a person being a minge and disrespectful is more likely to continue if you retaliate at what they are saying, but by being respectful it calms them down and lets you talk to them in a more civil manner. The next traits are two in one but they are how I'm responsible and mature, my maturity is something that can only help the staff team and nothing else because it'll make the staff team seem better instead of looking like a bunch of 12-year-olds. And my responsibility shows that I understand the power that I would possess if I was to be added to the staff team, and it shows I would not abuse the power and only use it in moments where the powers are necessary to be used. Lastly, I'm very active in-game, Teamspeak, and forums so there will almost never be a time where a staff member is not present, unable to help people in need of assistance or just someone to talk to. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I contribute my ability to work as a team to my time that I have spent as a Navy Seal within the US Army's regiments. As my time in the Seals has grown and expanded I've gained much experience in my time and have been able to communicate well with other Seals in stressful situations, and give orders that were beneficial. We've worked as a team many times within the seals including at events or even on a regular patrol around the map, all of this showing my ability to work as a team. I'm also Lead DEVGRU which has put me in a state where I have to run a team that must be successful and shines a good light upon the Navy Seals. Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I believe that the main thing that I've positively contributed to the server was all the trainees I've trained in my time in the US Army. Every single one of my trainees is another person that will continue to move up the ranks of either Taliban or US, and contribute to the roleplay that the server currently needs. By training I also add more players to the server which gives the server more of a player base which then adds even more players onto the server, overall making a huge positive impact on everybody. Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I'm someone who is currently in high school and enjoys to play video games and talk with other people. I have a very friendly and helpful person that makes myself a person that people don't find hard to speak to or become friends with. I'm also very hardworking and always sees any challenge through to the very end and always putting my best foot forward. Scenarios Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I would immediately JailTP the player to stop his spree and try to get everything going on the server again. Before I start the sit with the rdmer I would grab his steamid in case he was to disconnect while in the sit. After doing all that I would then extensively talk to the rdmer trying to find out the reason he has done what he did and try to make him understand that what he did was wrong and against the rules of the server. After finishing with the sit I would issue a ban on the player depending on the number of people killed. I would then return back to the scene and make sure everything is back to normal and people are roleplaying again. Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? Well known player or not I would still pull him and jail him for a sit so that I can talk to the player. Once again I would try and find out what made him do what he did and why he felt what he did was okay to do. I would then tell him that he will be receiving a ban depending on the amount of people killed. And tell him that when the ban is expired I'd like to see him come back and be a positive impact on the server and have fun.
