I'm aware that I have only been back a couple of weeks but I've decided "you know, I'll play proper. There are some good lads here.". Anyone who remembered how I was as an EM, I'll try to be even better! (If I get this of course)

Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?: As I was (under the old EM "law") one of the few members of the EM team who got a green light to do Mod stuff and did it as well as you'd expect from an SEM.
Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: My examples have been in terms of working with people like Dom when I was Combat Medics CMDR trying to make the green backpack army strong. In terms of leadership, all of my later events were a "no bullshit" event, as it just takes to much time when people go on a rant about whatever.
Discuss any past experiences that you believe had impacted the server and player(s) positively: When I was Ansar Commander I tried to make it as alive as possible to keep it alive. I went around being that guy who'd say "Hey, how's your day been" to the US at the front gate and just let them be (old mate Bob Ross, when he was Commander of MP use to let me AFK in US jail for wartime as to not get killed). While I was an EM, I tried to give my best advice on things that were staff, or player related, like Regi, possible things for the update, etc.
Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I'd say that I can be quite a reasonable person. I use to help other players with issues regarding non-ticket related stuff, like Asatru and SEALs, I'd say I did all right trying to help him with some things in it. TL;DR I'd say I'm a good chap.
Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off, and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge.
Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react? I'd give him the rundown on what's happening to him (if he doesn't kill during the sit), I'd provide the awarn, followed by a correct ban, in this case anywhere between 2-4 weeks, as getting an RDM count that high means you don't care.
Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed, a small squad of Players on his team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot.
Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react? I've seen this before with another player. If this person tries the "It was my sibling" it wouldn't matter, "your account, your responsibility." I'd treat this person the same as the rest: Acceptable ban length, Awarn, tell them to appeal on forums & the rundown of what's going to happen.
The reason I chose mod over going EM again was to allow myself some more time to be human, EM was un-needed stress for me after so long, but don't let my words derive those who are thinking about becoming an EM.
Just because I am choosing this over EM, don't think I won't try to help the new EMs learn a few techniques (I know it's in the pre-req, but I just wanted to say this).
