I'd say a solid 6 or 7 these days. I certainly dissapeared for a while but im back now.

I check up on it every once and a while, but not as often as i'd like too.

Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay?:
I believe that I have the ability to help out around the server, I've grown alot since I was last a staff member and I feel that my experience from that time, as well as the experience that i'm still gaining has added a large feeling of responsibility. In general love helping people, and I feel that I could do better in this position then I ever could before.
Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this:
I feel that I can work as a team rather well, and that I have pretty decent communication skills. Once again I feel like the best example of this is probably during my times as a CMDR/CO. I find that I often try and get everyone to work together, just because it simply works better and you can achieve what you can't achieve alone. Way back when during my time as an OG spetz CO, we had three LT's and no CMDR. Each of us took it upon ourselves to keep the regi running, keep it organised and try to waver out the minges. Until i eventually succumbed to my inner mingeness and got myself demoted. *Dumb mistake*. I've also currently gotten myself a job at maccas, With this job i've been able to learn to communicate with others, making sure what's done is done and also learnt how to deal with the stress and pressure of intense situations.
Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively:
I feel that in general, there hasn't been a big moment of me making the server better or worse. I feel that overtime as i've become well known, made friends, trained trainees and helped people out I've made a better impact for them and the server. Often when people need help or don't understand something, i'll usually shoot them a PM explaining whats up. Or if someone doesn't understand a rule or how something works i'll explain it to them. I feel that my general positivity and want to help people has impacted other players and the server positively, trying making players feel welcome on the server and happy that they came on that day.
Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself:
I'm a 16 y/o kid who tries to find a positive outcome out of every situation. I like helping people out when I can and staying out of trouble but sometimes things happen, you accidently shoot someone over a barricade or your feelings get the best you and you lash out. Life's wack like that. I like seeing people happy, It makes me happy. A lot of my time is still spent playing games and doing homework for school, but now with the addition of a job which is pretty neato.
Scenario 1: A Player is running around on the server and rdming constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. The player count is around 35. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge.
Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react?
I'd bring him under the map or to a quiet spot and jail him. Explain to him what he's done and ask him why he's been doing what he's doing. I'd then calmly tell him what his punishment is going to be, tell him he should be setting an example and fix his behavior or worse punishments will apply. I'd then give him his punishment, most likely a ban dependent on the amount of RDMs he's done.
Scenario 2: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot.
Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react?
Once again, JailTP him to under the map or a quiet spot. Explain to the what they've just done, what the punishment is, and then ask them why they've been doing what it is they've been doing. Maybe a short conversation about how they're behavior has dropped and they should think about what they've done. Then give them their punishment. *Probably a ban relative to the Mass-RDM*
