Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Discord powers and acknowledge that you understand the Discord Rules (#get-verified Channel): Yes Short Questions In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become an Event Master on MilitaryRP: I would like to become an event Master on the Colossal Gaming MilitaryRP server because there are not a lot of Event Masters and Events are very important and it is better to have more people to create events. This is because if there are more people it would mean that there would be more people to agree with the decisions which would increase the likelihood of people enjoying the Events and decrease the amount of stress in one person to make the Event good. I would like to become an Event Master because I want to help make the Events that I love to play. And with more people having a say in the Events it would increase the amount of people enjoying Events. In One Paragraph, please explain how you will bring new, interesting and creative Event Ideas to the table?: I can bring new, interesting and creative event ideas to the table by listening to people from both sides being players and staff on what they think of as the best type of events and then talking with the rest of the Events Staff about what I have come up with. This could be events like Extraction (Extraction being where both teams have a certain amount of lives and they have to hold an Objective at the end of the event but if they run out of lives they lose.) I personally think that would make for a great event. Briefly describe how a "Typical Event" is run (Keep it short, you will provide a more detailed answer further in the application)?: An EM would Do a Debrief and explain what is happening and during that time the rest of the EM’s would be setting up the map. This takes between 5-10 minutes usually. After that everyone will move out and for the next about 15 minutes the first part of the event will be played. After that finishes, the map will change to the next part. The second part of the event is practically the same as the first, just it has a different plot and map. Scenarios Scenario 1: Users are complaining about the quality of the Event you are running despite only being 2 minutes into the Event. You spent almost an hour crafting this event and you were very keen to run it. Question 1: As an Event Master, how do you react? I would get them to send it to Admin chat by using @ so that we can learn from our mistakes and improve upon it during the event or in the next part. Complaining won’t get anywhere. They need to tell admins what they don’t like so that it can be fixed and the event can be enjoyed better by everyone and everyone would be able to get the most from the event. Scenario 2: During your Event, you urgently need to go AFK. You will most likely not return in time to finish the event and it has only been running for 5 minutes. Question 2: As an Event Master, how do you react? I would tell other staff about it and then briefly explain to them what I wanted to do with the event and ask them to help me and continue the event until I got back if I could get back in time. I would explain to them why I need to go AFK and that I would most likely not be back in time to finish that part of the event but I could possibly return in time. Event Crafting You must craft your own Event from start to finish (Include Briefing and Debriefing). You are required to use full details such as map, actions (e.g. !model @ "model"), plot twists etc. Remember to include PassiveRP Elements! https://docs.google.com/document/d/198bNxPaTyyz-BoONb79r0sNi5SBTqGP24lGAhQ3JayA/edit?usp=sharing

(provide gametracker link/s): 1066 hours. https://www.gametracker.com/player/Delta1630/139.99.185.81:27015 Changed my name so this is the new one to update. (https://www.gametracker.com/player/Alpha/139.99.185.81:27015/)So this 1 is the 1 that will update from now Kind of dumb how it works. What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Respected Are you familiar with the administration mod known as ‘ULX’?: Yes On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 7-8/10 Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you follow and enforce the server rules to the best of your ability?: Yes Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with players?: Yes Do you understand that Colossal server(s) are to be monitored sensibly and your duties are to be taken seriously at all times: Yes Have you had any bans to date? Please understand that you may not be given access to this Server Group instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Discord powers and acknowledge that you understand the Discord & Rules (#get-verified Channel): Yes Questions Why should the staff team accept you as a Moderator on Colossal Gaming Military Roleplay? (minimum 100 words): I should be accepted as a Moderator since I am almost always active. I should be able to take tickets when no one else is available. I could work alongside the community to help improve players' experience to the best of my ability. I would be dedicated to being staff and to the server. I will always try my best to help the community in any way I can. I am also a very chill person and am fine in pressuring situations. This can be useful when taking a ticket because I remain clear minded and don’t get pressured easily allowing me to make the best decision when it is required. Discuss your ability to work in a team and give examples that demonstrate this: I can work in a team by helping everyone that needs it. This was shown when I was stopping a MRDM during an event with staff by tazing the RDMer before he could kill anyone Discuss any past experiences that you believe have impacted the server and player(s) positively: I have stopped multiple MRDMers in multiple ways. Some of which been stopping him before they can kill anyone Describe your personality and speak a little about yourself: I am helpful, Honest and Respectful. I have always been a very caring person and had people rely upon me to help out which has caused me to become very responsible and I can be relied upon. Scenarios Scenario 1: A player with an attack heli has intentionally fired in front of the enemy base gates to kill someone with a bounty, but also killing players inside the base. A ticket is made by one of these bystanders and the attacker denies all the accusations saying it was an accident saying that there was no proof Question 1: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 80 words)? Once I have taken the ticket I would bring the person who made the ticket and get their side of the story first as well asking them if they have any evidence. Then after I have gotten the player who made the ticket’s side of the story I will bring the person being accused and get their side of the story. After listening to both sides I would then check the accused's history to see if he has any previous warnings for this. I would then need to let the person being accused know he's going to be receiving a warning for solo raiding and make sure I get my point across so it won't happen again. They would then be warned and Returned after being asked if they understood what was just explained to them. Scenario 2: A Chief/Officer has been caught spawning in props to prop climb a wall despite previous warnings from staff for doing similar things. You tell him to stop but a few hours later another staff member catches him doing it. Question 2: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 80 words)? I would ask the staff taking the ticket if I can go to the admin room since he has already been warned too many times for the same thing. When I go to the admin room, I ask if I can take over the ticket to speak with him. Then, if the other staff member agrees, I would explain to the officer/chief that they've been warned too many times before, and this time they will be deprived of their position and so they won't be able to break rules anymore. I would then contact the CO of the regiment or High Command of the faction depending on the Officer/ Chiefs rank explaining why they have been removed from their position. They would then be removed from Officer and warned for Q-Menu Abuse. Scenario 3: A Player is running around on the server and RDMing constantly. Despite previous warnings from other staff, this player is still on his murder spree. All the other staff has logged off and you are the only one left. You've encountered this player before and have found him to be quite the minge. Question 3: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 100 words)? The player would be told one last time that he cannot do it and then he would have the rules of engagement read to tell him not to kill anyone that is not an enemy. If he is caught again, he would be banned for longer than what he has been this time because he was breaking the rules after having been warned before. He should know better by now not to kill the people that he has been killing anymore and he should not attack people. If he continues he would be banned and it would be included in the report. He would be punished more severely if he continued. The ban would then be placed. It would be a 1 week ban and that it could be appealed on the Forums. Scenario 4: A well-known Player has Mass-RDMed a small squad of Players on his own team. This Player has been a very great member in the past, however recently you've observed that they are slipping up a lot. Question 4: As a Moderator, how do you react (minimum 100 words)? The person involved in it would be told one last time not to do it, and then they would be told that they are to never kill anyone who is not an enemy, especially allies, if they are caught again they will be given an even bigger ban as it isn’t the first time that he has done it lately, and are continuing to break the rules after being warned for it before, and they should know better by now not to kill the people they have been killing anymore and not to attack people anymore. If he continues he would be banned for about 2 weeks and it would be included in my report. They would be punished more severely if it continued. I would then ask them if they understood what I said and then I would return them and give them a 1 week ban.
  9. General Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:553660553 Steam Community Profile Page Link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199067586834/ Current In-Game Alias (E.g.General Crudes): Alpha Discord ID (E.g. name#2003): !Alpha#9743 Are you staff on any other servers within this community?: No Have you been staff on any other communities (If so, please list your position, community and at least one reference and their SteamID)? No What is your current rank in-game (e.g.: User, Respected, Gold, ect)? : Respected Are you familiar with Discord permissions and settings?: Yes On a scale of 1 to 10, how well are you known throughout the community by both players and staff members?: 7 Are you currently in Colossal Gaming Steam group?: Yes Do you follow and enforce the rules to the best of your ability?: Yes Do you accept that you cannot treat your friends any differently to ordinary players?: Yes Do you have a microphone that you can use to assist you while dealing with people?: Yes Do you agree not to annoy any event staff while they are hosting events?: Yes Rank Agreement How often do you use the Discord server?: Alot If you become successful in your application, you will be given a Discord rank that is appropriate to the position you were successful in. Please understand that you may not be given access to this server role instantly. By typing YES you agree to never abuse your Discord powers and acknowledge that you understand the Discord rules: Yes Questions In One Paragraph, please explain why you would fit the Discord Administrator role: I would fit the role of Discord Administrator because I am a fair and trustworthy member of the community that always tries my best to my ability. I am able to work well in a team to ensure everyone who needs help gets it and if someone needs to be dealt with they will be dealt with in a way that corresponds to what they have done. No matter who it is that is being a pain in discord they will be punished accordingly. It will not matter if I like them or not. In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Discord server as an Administrator?: I would make an impact as a Discord Admin because I believe that everyone needs to be helped if they ask for it no matter what they need help with. If I can help them I will because they have requested it and my job as a Discord Administrator is to help people with no bias towards them. If someone needs to be dealt with I can deal with them. Everyone can expect an outcome based on what they have decided to do. Whether it is a good outcome or a Bad Outcome is upto the way that they act within the community. Scenarios Scenario 1: A User has been mic-spamming distorted/loud music in all of the public channels. They have since disconnected and you were only notified 20 minutes after the incident occurred. Question 1: As a Discord Administrator, how do you react?: I would talk to them about why they have been mic spamming after I have done that I would mute them for an amount of time depending on what they were spamming. A 10 minute mute would probably be an acceptable consequence for mic spamming. This is because mic spamming is not tolerated and members of the community need to not be Spamming in public VC’s. Scenario 2: A User has been waiting in the HELPDESK channel for over an hour and a half. You join the help-desk channel to assist them and you discover they are quite agitated by your slow response. Question 2: As a Discord Administrator, how do you react?: After he has finished talking I would explain to him that we didn’t see him in the Helpdesk and are very sorry that we overlooked him but I am here to help now. Then I would proceed to ask him what he needs help with and then I would act on it to ensure that every question that he might have has been answered since he waited a very long time in the channel to be helped by staff.
  10. I'm not quite sure about this. As others have said, I haven't seen you on very often atm
